I have always had a good experience with Sandstone pools. They did a remodeling job for us and weekly pool service. The remodel turned out great and they were very professional. Their weekly service always kept our pool in great shape all year long. Al, their employee, is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company to fit all your pool needs.

Sandstone was recommended to us after years of using a series of unreliable single-truck pool cleaning operators. Sandstone is a professional operation that provides weekly cleaning but also equipment upgrade/replacement, leak repair and related services. The weekly cleaning service is reliable and thorough and, after some pool repairs and equipment upgrades, my pool is clean and aesthetically pleasing 100% of the time. The owner is highly responsive to phone calls/text messages. It is a pleasure to do business with his company. Highly recommended.

Sandstone did a great job with the cleaning of my stone and with a complete re-plastering of the pool. The new plaster has a touch of blue that really turned out beautiful. The attached photo shows the old on the left and new on the right. Would highly recommend working with Albert on your pool needs.

Sandstone Pool Service remodeled our 40 year old pool and it looks awesome. Al listened to what we wanted, offered recommendations and suggestions on what would look great, last long and be cost effective. He didn't try to upcharge us or talk us into something we didn't need. The different crews doing the work were professional and answered any questions or concerns we had. Throughout the whole process, Al was always available to answer any of our questions even if it was after hours or on the weekend. We weren't even home for the demolition and plastering but Al made sure he oversaw the process and kept us informed on what was going on. The remodel included a month of weekly pool service. We had issues with our filtration system so Al sent out one of his technicians to figure out the problem (also included in the price) We would highly recommend them to anyone remodeling their pool or for the weekly service they offer.

Al and his teams took our 40 year old pool deck and made it into a beautiful backyard oasis for our family and friends. Both Al and his team members were extremely professional and made suggestions to improve the overall look and functionality of the pool. Al was awesome to work with - always attentive, getting back to us with information and answers to any questions we had. We would highly recommend him and his teams!!

Sandstone remodeling my pool including plaster, tile, coping, lights, and an overlay of my deck all around the pool. The results were amazing. I highly recommend Al and Sandstone. They did a great job. No regrets.

We contracted Sandstone Pool Service to replaster our pool and they did an exceptional job. We had it replastered before, with a different company, and they were awful. Sandstone follows through with everything they say they will do and their customer service is fantastic. We decided to try them as our pool cleaning service and we are so happy we did. Our pool looks fantastic and again, if we do ever have any issues, their customer service is the best. It’s been about a year now we’ve been using Sandstone Pool. I have been with other pool companies in this by far is the best. They are on time every week and do everything they say they’re gonna do they do an outstanding job would recommend them highly.

The service is good, and I like the guy that comes to clean my pool, because he doe a good job, but where the lacking comes in is the communication to the people that are hiring you for a service. Communication and consistency are very important to me.

Sandstone has been great! They come consistently and do a thorough job. We especially appreciate the email reports we get after each cleaning. They also resurfaced our pool for us in under a week at a reasonable price and it looks great! I recommended them to my brother when they moved into our neighborhood and would recommend them to anyone else as well.

Sandstone does a great job maintaining my pool. I no longer have to do the guess work of adding chemicals to my pool. They handle everything. When they clean my pool they send pictures of the work along with what chemicals were add. I highly recommend them.

We have used Sandstone Pool since June of 2023 to clean our pool and we were so satisfied with their service that we had them remodel our pool in February of 2024. We weren’t able to be in town so they handled everything during the entire process for us! They kept us updated the entire time with videos, texts and phone calls. Very trustworthy and skilled. We had a bad experience with a pool company disappearing 25% into the build. A gentlemen called Lan Phan came to see us and worked with us to finish the pool. He was very experienced and professional and we actually changed the design after meeting him and the finish article is amazing. Even after the pool was finished he has kept in touch and his after sales service is the best I have experienced. I have already recomensed him to three other people. Quality person and company

I had been trying to get my pool algae free on my own for weeks. After spending way too much money on chemicals to no avail and with a pool as green as it had ever been, I called Al. He had a technician out the next morning that drained the pool, cleaned it and had it filled and perfect 18 hours later. I should have called Sandstone a long time ago and they will be handling my pool service moving forward. Check out the before and after!! 10 out of 10!

Highly recommend! Had several estimates and appreciate the time and patience that Al gave to me. He came out and explained things each step of the way. His crew was very nice and did a great job resurfacing my pool and also upgrading my deck. They cleaned up afterwards and have been key in ensuring my pool is cleaned regularly with the new plaster. When a leak was noted on my pump, Al worked diligently to help provide us with estimates to help repair the issue and understood our budget needs. Al understands the work, takes great pride in ensuring customer satisfaction and is really great to work with!

Sandstone replastered my pool , they poured concrete on the two sides of the pool which previously had large paving stones and grass.The pool looks more finished, they applied Kool Decking to my patio and pool area then painted it to match the stones on my waterfall. I had new LED lights installed. Albert and Jasmine were easy to work with and I would highly recommend Sandstone Pool Service to anyone. R.Bartel

I sent a request out to 5 pool companies to come out and give me a quote on resurfacing our pool on a Saturday. Al received my request and called me within an hour, and came over the same day. he is the only company that responded. I was able to call 2 other companies to come out just so I could compare price and services. not only was Al responsive, but he listened and provided us with the lowest quote with the best service after the pool was done. I would highly recommend sandstone for any pool services. being new to Houston we have had a lot of bad companies come out, but I give Sandstone an A+
