The lint screen in my dryer wasn't getting full after each load. I thought this was a good thing. It's actually bad because the lint was building up in the wall instead of the screen. VentSnap's technician pulled a bunch of debris during the dryer vent cleaning. Now the lint trap works again!

We had a lint alarm on our dryer that started making a loud beep-beep noise every time we did the laundry. It was so annoying! The man from VentSnap in Houston found out the pipe was full of old gray snow and rust flakes from the old metal pipes. He scrubbed it all out and the alarm finally stopped. Now the machine is quiet again.

When clothes started coming out damp and still slightly steamy. I scheduled VentSnap for a dryer vent cleaning and they cleared a significant blockage from the pipeline that had been building up ever since I had it. My clothes came out properly dry now and my dryer runs exactly the way it should.

I tried another service last year and my clothes were still damp even after longer drying cycles. VentSnap was much better and very honest. They did a deep vent cleaning and showed me a giant pile of lint. Their technicians are amazing and super kind.

I scheduled recurring cleaning online from their ad and received confirmation over text. Two days later, and less than an hour before the confirmed time, they texted saying they didn't have a cleaner available. I could have used an alternate service if they had told me sooner, so I would not rely on this company to provide reliable service.

ONE OF THE WORST DECISIONS IVE EVER MADE. First day of work the guys showed up 4 hours late. The owner is really bad at responding to my call and messages and after seeing the way they worked I decided I will not be needing any of their services after the day 2. Waste of time and money.

I highly recommended this company. We just had our pool plastered and today it looks as good as when it was originally installed. They are professional in every way from the bid to the completion of the job. Using high grade material to complete the job. Everyone was extremely courteous and very clean.
