Top Wash Roof & Exterior Cleaning cleaned three of our buildings that cover approximately 60,000 square feet. They did exceptional work and stand behind their product.

Top Wash is great! Our roof looked so bad and we even contemplated getting a new roof even though it was only 12 years old. After Top Wash cleaned our roof it looks brand new! I am sorry we didn’t do it sooner. Larry took great care of the landscaping while the roof was being cleaned to insure nothing was damaged. I highly recommend Too Wash.

Top Wash cleaned our tile roof and did an excellent job. The drone videos they provide after they complete their work is an added bonus. It’s a great way to see how clean everything is.

Larry and his team did a fantastic job. It started with the overall professionalism. Larry made sure I was well informed on the product as well as his service. He advised me on what would take place and what to expect. He also called me out to take a look at the progress. He showed me before and after pictures of my roof. In addition, he shared with me how the cleaning would be even more clear after a hard rain. He was correct because we got a hard rain same night. Finally, I like his commitment to customer satisfaction. He said at least 3 times that if I saw something that needed further attention to let him and he would come back to take care of it. My experience with Larry and his team was a very favorable experience.

I was very pleased with the services Top Wash provided! My roof, house, windows and driveway looked great when he was done! Professional job, performed when promised and completed in a timely fashion. They even sent up a drone to take aerial pics before and after! Competitive rates. Top wash was great, they came out and cleaned a clients tile roof we were working on. It made the roof look brand new. They walked me through the process and checked out the roof for damage or issues before they started.
