The guys were personable, explained all the things I had questions about, were on time, and did a great job with my 28year-old builders grade beige carpet. I need to upgrade my floors, but can’t do it just yet. But this cleaning job will help a lot until I can replace the flooring.

Edit: Unfortunately, even 2 months later their cleaning lines are still very visible on my carpet. I thought after everything dried and vacuuming the lines would not be visible, but they are still there. I even vacuumed randomly, diagonally and all, to show that these are not lines from my vacuum. I will need to do another carpet cleaning just to get rid of the lines they left behind. So I’m not as happy about it all as I originally thought. 🙁 In general the carpets are cleaner, so I only removed one star.

The Service Technicians were great!! They were courteous and full answered all of our questions and fully explained the process.

Marvin & Arturo are very professional. They have been at my house before it was nice to see familiar faces.

Today, Marvin from Oops! came to our home and did an excellent job. He explained everything he would be doing to clean and sanitize areas. Totally satisfied with Marvin’s work done. We will be using Oops! Again in the future.

Upfront about the work / cost that was going to be done, and very professional. I had dogs sit on my stairs and leave stains, they were able to steam clean the carpeted stairs and it looks great.

Nice person but the handrails going up my stairs were black. Also didn’t put anything down on the entrance floor & it was dirty. I had just cleaned it the night before. I suggest shoe covers & covering floor upon entry.

The work was done efficiently in a well organized manner. We were comfortable having them in our home and would definitely use them again.

Wow! I can't believe the difference - Shaun did a great job. Our recliners and area rug look like new again. Shaun arrived on time, and answered all of my questions too.

I hired them after listening to their advertisement on my favorite radio station. they gave me a quote over the the phone for two couches ($180 each) a rug ($85) and one bedroom without moving any furniture for $45
When the technician came to the house said that the couches are going to be $370 each because they were not synthetic. I told him that was too much so he gave me $70 discount on each
well, after he left, I checked the same tag on the couch that he looked at and it said polyester
after calling him and complained he said because the pillows (not the cushions) had further in them they had to use different solutions
anyway, I was not happy especially that the couch was damaged after they were done and still dirty( look at the pictures). he offered to come back and clean it again and give me $160 refund. I told them I don't want him back but I accept the discount and consider this matter solved
so, few minutes later, a lady from the office called and said they stay behind the charge and no discount will be issued
not only I will not use them again, I will not hire anyone who advertise on 740am

The carpet seems clean. I had two rooms and a landing completed. To my estimates the cost would be under 135. No furniture was moved. 475 was the cost . Apparently 340 dollars is the cost for the pet chemicals. The upsale was more than the quote on their web page.
This was just a note the reader on a budget.

Updating to 1 star because it’s been over 24 hours and the strong smell is nauseating smells like a motel 6 I wanted my carpets clean not loaded with fragrances to mask a smell. It’s been a week exactly carpet is still very smushed down looking and crunchy and lingering smell from the cleaning job, would not recommend.

I was moving a printer and it leaked black toner ink on our light-colored carpet. The crew from “Oops” got the job done better than I could have hoped. We’ve used the company three times (twice in one week) and love the results and the professionalism.

Arturo was on time, quick, professional and knowledgeable. Will use repeatedly and never hesitate to recommend

Oops arrived on time and provided an estimate before beginning. The carpets look fantastic. I am a long time listener of the Michael Berry show. That advertising works. I would recommend Oops to a friend!

A great experience. This is the second time we have used Oops. The first was our old house when we were prepping it for sale and this time was in our new home. Both times were very professionally done. Very happy customers!

Arturo did a fabulous job on my carpets. He was very knowledgeable about dealing with urine stains and had a magical flashlight that pointed them all out!! The carpets look like new and I thought it would take much longer to do, but he was in and out of the house in about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I will definitely use Oops again.
