Shawn from Oops was so thorough, kind and worked so hard to make sure our carpets and rugs were clean and stain free. He got out stains that others could not!

Cleaners were pleasant and professional my carpets are old however we moved everything out but a chair you can easily push to clean under I asked about it they said it was fine. 7:30 moved the chair they didn't treat or clean under it the residue from my sofa cleaning was all over my tile downstairs

Today Shaun came out and made everything perfect....

We didn’t have carpet stains before we called them. But wanted them to come to get rid of dander and allergens. Now we have stains. These black spots started popping up all over our apartment. It’s almost like they wanted us to have stains so we would call them back out. But we are gonna go with another company this time.

I will say the floors smelt great once they finished. They did our couches and they look good. Just not sure what happened with the carpet ☹️

I had my grout cleaned which covered most of it I have a hAlf bath that needed a redo Also I would suggest nice shirts with your logo Looks more professional One individual looked pretty rough

You guys came to my house to clean 3 bedrooms on March 12, 2023. When you left the entry way of the master bedroom was still very dark and discolored. It looked like your machine discharged all the dirty water there. It was discolored and dark when you left. I just thought it was due to bring wet. I called you back for an appt Friday April 21, 2023 to re clean that room. I asked if I could get a discount since your guy did a poor job the first time. I was told NO that I would need to pay full price. That bring said I will never use this company again. 25% discount would have gone a long ways. I've used your company for 5+ years for both my homes plus my moms. You've lost a very good customer.

We have pets. The carpet was way far gone, but Arturo was able to get the job done. My advice, have your carpets steam cleaned every 6 months.
