Its hard to find cleaning services that are thorough and affordable. Two Maids and A Mop Cypress delivered in this regard.
Job very well done and budget friendly. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone and will continue to patronize this business.

First time using the service and they broke the ceiling fan light fixture. Got home and it was in the floor. No apology, no explanation. I called the office and still have not heard back from them. No accountability, I will not use them again.

The leader of the crew that comes gives specific instructions of how things should be cleaned, where things go, and how to best clean certain areas. I love it! I stay out of their way and they are gone before I know it. The house always looks and smells wonderful after they leave. This company and their staff have been a life saver.

I needed a deep clean after having some remodeling done in my kitchen. I cleaned my space multiple times after the remodel and the ladies who came to my house still got a ton of dust and other grime. Love how clean all my light fixtures, ceiling fans, baseboard, blinds, etc are. Will definitely use again!

Maxwell and Jasmine did a great job with our house. Everything that was included in the package was done and the house was left spotless. This was my first clean with two maids and I’ll highly recommend them.

The ladies were very professional and extra sensitive to my situation as I have recently had surgery. I needed a deep cleaning.. They were as quiet as they could be.They did a fabulous job. My bestie came over yesterday after they left and is jealous how clean everything is. Will def be using the monthly service.

I had a great experience with the 2nd visit. I needed assistance with my closet space and cleaning. There were a team of three. My closet was in the worst condition it could be and they organized, threw away and put away as instructed. A tremendous help to me. The gentleman took his time and thoroughly cleaned my floors and counters. My apartment is small with the lots of toys he did not look past them. He moved them and swept/mopped. He also helped with a problem area on my stove top, I couldn’t seem to get clean. My appliances sparkled! They were quick within two hours which is amazing considering the closet. They updated me as needed. Removed the trash. I was beyond pleased. Now I just smile when I look in my organized closet! 😅I wish I could use them weekly! Thank you for assisting me & baby Harrison

Diana and Steve did a great job, again! They worked together and communicated well in order to cover as much ground as possible. They clearly take pride in their work and took initiative on things I had not seen previously. When I asked if they would use my product on my hardwoods, they happily obliged. They even went above and beyond by offering support to me post surgery and helping with a few things I could not do. (Bend low to find the cleaner, turn down the AC and put the key through the slot, so I didn’t have to get up.) They are kind, professional and thoughtful.

Sandi and Priscilla did an excellent job today. Our home is cleaned as wanted and smells great too. Friendly ladies did a great job.

The ladies that came were very sweet. One lady did smell heavily of cigarette smoke so I was not a fan of that since it carried into my house with her. They did a good job overall cleaning but did miss a few areas- large splatter on cabinets (not sure they cleaned those at all), staircase baseboards and in between rungs of staircase. Bathrooms were spotless which was great! Blinds were okay- not the best but they got cleaned. They asked me to do a walk around after they were done but I was mid working and on a call so I couldn’t inspect very good. All in all- I was happy we did it because we needed it but it was a little expensive for the cleaning that was done.

This was my first time having a cleaning service so I didn’t really know what to expect. I really appreciated that before the service started the maids told me upfront that I needed a deep clean instead of a regular clean like what I scheduled. I didn’t know what to expect so I appreciate being told upfront instead of receiving an invoice after the clean that was higher than agreed to. The maids really did an excellent job, I look forward to scheduling them again at my next appointment.

This was my first experience with Two Maids and a Mop Cypress. The communication prior to the house keepers arriving was great and very detailed. Upon the housekeepers arriving they came in spoke and went straight to work. One in particular was very nice and friendly the others just worked and didn’t say much which I understand and didn’t take it personally. I would use this company again as everything was clean except one area and the bed wasn’t made correctly but everything else looked great and I feel the more I use them the more they will understand my routine. Only thing I would change is if they could submit a receipt the day of or the next day.

The job preformed was fantastic! I can not express how professional these girls were. They came in tackled the job in a timely manner and did a thorough job. I loved how my younger sons room came out. The bathrooms and kitchen came out very nice. My home had a nice clean smell it was lovely. I would definitely invite these girls back. Thank you so much!

Two maids did an amazing job and went above and beyond what we expected during our deep clean. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking into hiring cleaners. Thank you Two Maids!!

Update: the owner reply is atrocious. 1. We were aware the place needed a clean. That's why we hired service. 2. We've used multiple other maid services, and we never had this problem. 3. The response also highlights how much they don't understand the issue. Non toxic doesn't mean it's safe for all. Peanuts are non toxic, yet deadly to those with allergies. There were no complaints about toxicity. Only the fact that the smell caused asthma attacks. I was content to leave a one star just to warn others with asthma or other respiratory issues, but now I will make sure to actively condemn this service. My circle of friends was waiting to see their response, and this guaranteed lost new business.The cleaning service itself was good. A couple of missed spots, but would still say they did an overall great job. However, their service made my wife very sick. Before hiring them for the first time, I explained that my wife had asthma and we needed cleaning supplies with no smell. Unfortunately, they still ended up using a cleaner that had artificial fragrance, and she's had to have multiple treatments for asthma attacks. Even 24 hours later, we're trying to air out the place, because the smell is so pervasive. Wish they had taken our concern more seriously, and lucky my wife had treatments at home, or she'd have been in the ER.

This company really did a great job! We used their services for a move out cleaning in a house that had 8 years of gunk. The ladies had it looking so fresh and clean that I wish I would have used them earlier. If you're thinking of using their services, do it! It's so worth it.
