UPDATE
This was the worst and most overpriced cleaning service I’ve used.
My goals were clear from the start: the bathrooms and the floors first, then if time allows, the kitchen etc.
one of the two ladies started in the kitchen by trying to clean a PAN, and I had to ask her again to do the most pressing first which were the bathrooms. Well, they did not finish all bathrooms and did not finish all floors. The bathrooms that they claimed to have cleaned were not wiped down, sinks still dirty and floors still dirty as well. I’m not sure what two maids did in three hours but it was just awful. They took phone calls and managed to ask for 4 bottles of water, but did not clean my house. In fact I had to step in and start sweeping the floors so they could mop before the three hours were up. And one section of the floors was not done at all. They wasted time vacuuming a perfectly clean gameroom instead of finishing the items I had requested from the beginning. One of them, Jackie, tried to get me to add an extra hour for $85 but I declined. They take their time and don’t do much. Just a waste of money. Never again.
They replied to my review with intentional lies. My house is cleaned regularly every month. My regular housekeeper went to New York. The last time my house was cleaned was in June. Bella intentionally misrepresented that my house has not been cleaned in a year! They also intentionally misrepresented that I told them the AC was broken. The AC was never broken and in fact on and set to 72. Complete liars!!!!!
I also did not have cat feces on the carpet. There was ONE part that had hair ball which by the way was not cleaned.
They did NOT clean all the bathrooms as falsely stated. And the ones they did pretend to clean still had not been cleaned properly. And no one told me of their 24 hour rule. And if they had I would not have asked the same incompetent people to come back. The AUDACITY of these awful dishonest women is just sad.
Everything I stated in my initial review and my update is TRUE. Just awful.

Bella Cleaning did and absolutely wonderful job. From start to finish, I am so very pleased with the result. My home feel more peaceful. The ladies were great. Am very pleased with the result. Thank you ladies.
