I’ve used Merry Maids for the last two years when I moved to Cypress. Quality and excellent service every time. I can text the contact number with possible dates/times and they are very responsive with options. Always friendly, easy to book, and all the cleaning teams are detailed, efficient, and sweet! Highly recommended!

Raquel and her partner worked so hard. My wife is so happy. My wife has health problems and cannot clean house like she used to. I asked my wife to make a list of things she wanted done before they got here but when she saw them working my wife knew that she didn't need to tell the Merry Maids anything. Money well spent.

Sanjuanita is absolutely an answer prayer. Her work, her professional and cheerful attitude are both incredible ! We are very blessed. She always goes above and beyond.

However, this past week whoever did our cleaning threw our permanent metal coffee filter in the garbage. We were able to recover it, but it is not disposable

I’ve been really happy with their services. They send a text two days before telling when they are coming, then another link the day of that you can see on a map when they will arrive. They’ve done a good job cleaning every time. Always show up.

Maria and Irma were wonderful. They arrived on time. They were patient with my first baby. They dusted the tops of every surface and on I live on a dirt road and that means a lot that I paid for the clean the oven service. So worth it. I try to give them a Headstart and burned on the oven cleaner, I don’t know how long Irma had to work on it. But it looks like like new. I hope that I asked him to come back in a month and I would want this team of Rea and Erma. Good job Estoy Contenta!

Merry Maids did such a great job on cleaning my home. I have two dogs and two kids so you can imagine it's not easy to clean and maintain my home. After Merry Maids cleaned I couldn't even find anymore dog hair on the baseboards. I loved that they followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. I would definitely reccomend Merry Maids.

We have been using Merry Maids for years. Jessica does a great job keeping our home clean. What I really love is that I can count on her showing up in her schedule day. I don't have to rearrange my schedule at all. Plus, they make it easy by debiting my account rather than me having to write a check or leave cash out. That makes it easy for me.

Azlin and her partner were the BEST! We scheduled a first time deep clean with them and were overjoyed with the results. Our apartment was a mess, due to health issues my husband and I have been unable to keep up lately. I was embarrassed but reached out for help. They went above and beyond and were so kind, they in no way made me feel badly. They genuinely wanted to help. The system was so easy, we were even able to tip on our card afterwards as well. Booking the team to come back weekly now as they're so affordable. Highly recommended!!!!

My house had just been cleaned of 2 years worth of clutter by a biohazard team & then Merry Maids came in to do the deep cleaning afterwards. They had a big task in kitchen but did a fabulous job. Very happy. I have my house back again. Will continue to use Merry Maids on a regular basis.

I have been a customer for almost 2 months now. The initial cleaning service was superb but the next 2 were questionable so I wasn’t sure how I was going to continue.

Luckily, Connor, the franchise owner was super helpful on fixing the issue we were having.

And man what a world of difference that made!!!

Esmeralda and Conner are just wonderful!! My house looks so beautiful after all their hard work. I have 3 dogs and a cat and I work a lot of hours it’s hard to keep up with deep cleaning myself. They cleaned from the top floor to the bottom and even took care of my baseboards.

They are both friendly and work efficiently together, they answered any questions I had and I cannot recommend them enough!

The customer service on the phone is also phenomenal. merry Maids fit me in last minute. I will be using this service monthly. Overall I’m happy with the whole company and my experience with them!

Unfortunately this was a terrible experience. I spent over $300 on a deep clean for everything to be done very nicely. My doors were supposed to be washed down and they were not. They were supposed to pledge all wood surfaces.I ran my hand across all my surfaces, and they were not washed. You can tell they were dry dusted. There were areas that were not dusted at all. The glass on my pictures were not cleaned or my mirrors still had spots all over them and that was part of the deep clean.
My shower didn’t even look like it was cleaned.
It looked liked they used windex on the glass and the ledge was cleaned but nothing else was.
They didn’t vacuum underneath my couches either.
30 min before the cleaning was done. I was told it is going to take longer and it was going to cost me an additional $80!
They said they stated that if it took additional time that it would cost more. That was not what was stated and there was no hourly rate that it stated either if they went over!

In fact it was 4 maid hours at $80 an hour for my $320 cost! So if they needed an additional 30 min they were now charging me $80 for 30 min? Not sure how that computes!

Super happy and satisfied from the work completed from the maids. Their amiability and professionalism is what really made them stand out. My house was cleaned, the price is reasonable, the ladies are very welcoming, will definitely recommend!
