Not sure where to begin. They denied breaking my exterior gas lamp until I explained that I had a video of their worker doing so. The communication between the owner, the workers and the office is inconsistent and unpleasant to say the least. Be prepared to have delayed installations, possible property damage, and an overall unpleasant experience. **2 stars given because @least they fixed my darn lamp.

First make sure you get all your work done first because they can not hear good in they do what they want too!!! They don’t want to hear nothing you say and they all stick together in your word will not mean nothing I will not let them change a light 💡 bulb for me because they have no good customer service at all... Then had the nerve to tell me a paying customer he don’t want to get in a pissing match with me when I was only trying to let him know what was going on I really feel used took my money in did a piss poor job...

Mitchell Moore met me and explained the installation procedures and the materials that would be used. The crew show up exxactly on time, very polite and professional. Did a fantastic job and cleaned up like they were never there. HIGHLY Recommend AJ's Gutters to all. Asl for Mitchell

I resist putting information as to why I give them 1 star. I will say, I wish I had gone with someone else to install my gutters. In fact I will hire someone else to fix my problem. Before hiring a gutter company, do a better job researching than I did.

They did a great job installing the gutters exactly as written up in the quote. They were quick to get us on the schedule when we left them know we were ready.

The guys were very professional, did a remarkable job! The installation was very quick and the gutters look amazing! Awesome job guys! Truly miracle workers. Will recommend to everyone who needs gutters!

Unless you are prepared to wait 2-3 weeks, or longer, for an installation, look elsewhere for a gutter installation company.

From the time I placed the order, until installation, was one day shy of two weeks. After calling, several times and listening to excuses, I was finally given an install date of a Wednesday afternoon. At the end of that Wednesday, I'm calling and am, again, given one of the owner's many excuses for failure to install. It is at that time that I placed a deadline on the installation which, had I not done that, I would probably still be waiting.

During my calls, I heard excuses like, "my man is in the hospital," "It's too hot to be working," (Oh really, it's summer time in Houston), and, this is a good one, "My man cannot read the address on the work order and couldn't find your house."

Finally, on the last day of the install moratorium, I was told the installers would arrive first thing in the morning, which I assumed would be 8-9 a.m. Finally, at 12:30 p.m. I'm calling, with the answering service taking my call. My message is given to the company's owner, who calls and tells me his installers are in my driveway. Well, I'm taking his call while sitting in my truck, in front of my house, and there is no one even near my driveway. For this final excuse, the owner tells me that his men had to go by the warehouse to pick up the necessary items and got "held up on the freeway."

When the installers finally DO arrive at my house, at 1:30 p.m., the installers apologize, and tell me they had a "Reeally Big Job to do this Morning," and that they thought they were through for the day, until the owner of the company called them and told them to get out to my house, ASAP. Once on the job site, the install only took about an hour, and the install looks good.

But again, either get an installation date and time written into your contract, or look elsewhere for a more reliable gutter installation company, one with more than one truck. This appears to be a one man, one truck company, with installers who tell the owner WHEN they will do the job, with a good web site, and an answering service, who calls themselves, "The Receptionist" but, you can hear lot's of other operators in the background, with a different "Receptionist" answering the phone each time you call. If your install is not, "A Reeeally Big Job," then be prepared to have your install placed at the end of the day or end of the week, if you're lucky.

When I asked for an estimate, they showed up as promised. The work was completed in a professional manner at a fair price. I am happy with the final product and it is exactly as described!

A.J.'s Gutters's team is a class act, in every way. From site surveys, estimates, turn-around time, to install; the process was very professional and enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone and will when the opportunity arises. I went through many other vendors during the estimation process. No one came close to A.J.'s customer service, quality materials, or competitive pricing. I couldn't be happier and know you'll have the same experience!

Brad and the AJ crew worked hard to install gutters, diverters, and downspouts on a difficult roof design at the front of my house. Brad always returned my calls and even came back to my house to tweak the system. I highly recommend AJs and Brad for your gutters.

Harvey made us realize our house was badly under prepared for heavy rain. After a great conversation with their front office, the sales rep came out and gave an estimate on getting our broken rain gutters replaced. The price was fair and they completed the job on time. Happy with the results!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
Expensive prices, lack of professionalism and horrible customer service. I don't think I could have picked a worse company. The workers were rude, damaged my plants, parked in my driveway and leaked oil all over it. The job took longer then they had previously stated. What was even worse was that they didn't show up a couple of times and wouldn't answer my phone calls. I would have at-least appreciated a heads up. Finally after a long grueling process the gutters were installed, then after a month the gutters started leaking. I called several times and have left several messages to no avail. I have now hired a new company and will definitely never be calling these "Professionals" again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

We are return customers, and Brad gave us a great quote to install gutters on our detached garage that matched the gutters they installed on the house in back in 2017. The crew did an awsome job!
