I was there this past weekend to buy supplies, the usual lady wasn't there so two other ladies helped instead. Terrible Terrible Terrible. I ask for an itemized receipt and she said her boss told her not to do that unless you had a business card. I mention to the lady I've been coming here for years and it's never been an issue. Won't be going back. Stop being lazy

Went and new lady there is very informative on what I was looking for and the customer service was an upgrade from usual stores, makes you feel very welcomed and ive gone there for many years and it's been updated around the store making it better to find what I'm looking for

I went to this place hoping to find weed killer and terminates killer, i go in and 2 ladies were there working, one of them was just completely rude since the beginning! i didn’t really care at first i thought maybe she’s just having a bad day so i kept being nice and just trying to get the things i needed. i had asked about the weed killer and she had different options so i tried to take a picture to send to my husband so he could tell me which one to get and she just said “you can’t take a picture” i told her okay that’s fine i’ll just get the terminate killer she had 2 different sizes so i told her i’ll be right back im going to call my husband to see what size he wants. when i come back inside i said i’ll be taking the small size and she said “we are closed now” and i said what do you mean? you guys close at 3pm it’s 2:40 and i just said i was coming back i was just getting the correct size form my husband. she then said “ we turn off the computers early so that by the time it’s 3 we can be out” and i told her that i understand that but i told you i was coming back to tell you the size i needed… her co worker seemed upset for how she was acting and she asked her “is there anything we can do?” and the rude lady said how would you be paying cash or card? i replied card and she rolled her eyes and told her co worker to turn back the computers.
so then her nice co worker proceed to check me out.
terrible customer service, lady has issues, attitude, those stay at home not your work
place. i wish i couldve gotten her name
