The installers are great.
Arrived timely cleaned up everything and did a great job

After talking with Anthony the owner, he answered all my questions and concerns about their gutter services and he agreed to a decent discount on the overall quotation. I have awarded the job to install replacement gutters and a rain barrel (I did not go out for anymore quotes because I found his price to be competitive). I am currently waiting on someone to confirm the date of the job but since I requested a Saturday installation, it's taking a little bit longer to confirm an installation date.

I will update with my thoughts after they complete the job.

We had AJ's Seamless Gutters install new gutters on the back of our house a month ago and they handled the rain great! An even larger storm system came through last night and the gutters performed amazingly! We are extremely happy with our purchase and will be reaching out this week to have them back to do the front of our house!

The gutters were completed within 2 weeks and they looked great upon installation. That night there was a heavy rain and I noticed an issue with one of the gutters. The gutter was not sloped to the downspout so the water built up and spilled over the side. I immediately contacted AJ's and they said they would send someone out to take a look. After a week, and some prodding, I received a call explaining that with the half round gutters they do not typically slope them to the downspout and I would probably need to add another downspout for an added cost ($150). They explained their reasoning regarding aesthetics, and later an excuse about the fascia bowing. I agreed to pay more to correct their poorly designed initial system and moved on.. I just wanted the issue solved. One month later after calls and texts it was fixed.

I was irritated with the entire process. In any industry I've ever worked when you make a mistake you quickly and discretely correct the mistake without charging the customer and you move on learning from that experience (maybe next time throw a level on the gutter). You do this because you respect the customer and reach that the individual has.

I would not recommend this company.

Very pleased with the quality work and communication. The team was very easy to reach from quote to job finish and they were very accommodating of our schedule and coming weather. Would definitely use them again for other projects.

We just built a new home in Cypress, TX and the gutters that the builder put on our house were not up to our expectations. A.J.’s Gutters came out and looked at our home and fixed a lot of our gutters and redesigned them so we now have better drainage.

When we had our roof replaced last year, we were needing to get all new gutters installed. AJ's was recommended by a few friends, but after reading negative reviews I was hesitant. Needless to say, I am so glad that I listened to my friends! The response time was so quick and the quality of work was on point. It has been a couple months and a few heavy storms since installation and they are still amazing!

So happy I was referred to A.J 's Gutters to put on the gutters to our new home. For starters the women who answer the phones are so sweet and informative I had the pleasure of speaking with the both of them. The salesman got back with me right away to set up the appointment for my estimate. He showed up on time the next day for the estimate which I was able to sign with no hesitation before he left considering they came highly recommended to us. They were able to get our job completed two weeks later which is understandable given the disaster our city just went through. All in all I feel they deserve an excellent review given the excellent experience and work they do. I will definitely be recommending to the family and friends.

I contracted AJs Gutters to install seamless gutters on an investment property and they did a fantastic job. They were reasonably priced, quick, professional and the quality of work really stood out. The gutters being added to the home added a good flare. Thanks for the great service will definitely use you on my next project as well.

I was having a new back patio cover built and the contractor suggested that I first have a new gutter installed along the back of my house. I contacted AJ's and they sent their salesman Brad out to meet with me. He was on time, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He gave me several options to choose from and helped me decide what was best for my needs. Their guys showed up on time and did an excellent job. I was not home during the install, but when I returned home, the only way I knew they were there was by the beautiful new gutter they installed. They matched my pre-existing color (20+ years old) perfectly. I would highly recommend them if you need new gutters.

A J’s Seamless Gutters did a remarkable job replacing my old gutters. They look very nice and was such an improvement to my back porch. The workers were very professional, polite and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company for all your gutter needs. 5 ⭐️ for this company.

AJ's Seamless Gutter Co. did an excellent job installing our new gutters and leaf barrier covers.  The gutter color matches the house perfectly. They delivered a quality product at a fair price.  Their personnel were freindly and knowledgeable including the admin. dept., sales (Brad), and the installers (Rick & Leo).  I would certainly recommend them again.

Great install. Horrible follow up. I have leaks and have reached out for 2 months trying to get them fixed. Takes many calls to finally reach someone. No call backs from office or salesman. Finally able to schedule someone to come out last week and they never showed up or called So still dealing with leaks on gutters. Left 2 messages again will see when they call back called the office to find out what happened and the office manager Ashley said it was my fault for not calling the office and letting them know they did not show up that day… Really ? So apparently what ever happens it’s the customers fault so when she calls me it went to voicemail so to her that means a phone is broken so she didn’t leave messages … really ? It means I am on the other line and I said the S word( what you step in when people walk their dog in your yard ) so she refused to help me for cursing at her. Said the owner would not even talk to me for disrespecting her for cussing at her. When did tgat become a curse word ? She should not be dealing with clients. Maybe just the contractors. However the owner did call me back, even though Ashley said she would not, and now I am back on schedule for service repair. Owner told me truck broke down last week which is why a no show. But still not a phone call letting the customer know. Let’s see how that goes

First time using A.J.’s Gutters and won’t be the last. Highly recommend them. Despite being very busy with all the rain (and lots of people needing gutter work) Brad was out quickly to quote. And while other companies were weeks out in being able to do gutter work, they were able to squeeze me in the following week. That was really appreciated as I had a bad gutter that was channeling water into my house! The crew was very professional, on time, finished quickly, and did great work! The owners are great people too and I really enjoyed my conversations with them! A business that cares about their customers – so hard to find today!
