I needed to part ways with my old couch to make space for a new one. The load up reservation was very easy to make and the 2 guys who picked up(despite the rain and my stairs) were professional and fast!

I recently used a junk pickup service to remove my dining table and couch, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The team was incredibly fast and professional, making the process completely hassle-free. They handled everything with efficiency and care, leaving me with a clutter-free space in no time. Plus the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone needing quick and reliable junk removal!

Took my money but canceled at the last minute, saying they didn't have any crews to pick it up. I am moving in a week and we'll be gone for Thanksgiving. Do not use them.

Our loaders were very cordial and worked professionally to remove the items we requested. I would definitely use this service again. They texted to say they would be here between 11 & 12 and were on time. Yudiel was our contact loader. We had 1 sofa sleeper couch and 1 smaller couch that was 25 years old. Still in decent shape other than the mattress could be replaced. Hopefully they will be able to donate the items. Thank you for this type of service availability.

Amazingly easy to get rid of something that was large and heavy and that no one wanted. Crew showed up on time. The guys were pleasant and professional. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. I would definitely use this company again.

I was looking for an inexpensive junk removal/donation company and I’m so thankful that I found LoadUp. Not only were they very affordable, but they were very efficient. It was easy to communicate with the driver assigned to my order (Eliel) and I really appreciate that he came at the top of the 4 hour window. I am so relieved that I can cross something off my list!
