OJ and Derek did an awesome job removing a bunch of our big junk from our house. We had things inside and in the garage that needed to be removed. Inside, they were very careful of the walls. In the garage, they did whatever they had to do to get everything out. I’ve been wanting to get rid of that stuff for years. Thank you for coming and taking it away!

The guys performed the work in a timely matter. The reason why I'm giving them a 1 start review is because they decided to charge me for a full load (anwan extra $100 over the high end of the estimate)
when they told me only 1/2 - 3/4 loads to be charged, I want to also point out that from the star I told them what kind of material was it, send pics, the quantity and that they were going to need 2 people at least and one of the guys walked the space first thing in the morning and, their response was "yeah no problem". I understand that the load was more than what was estimated BY THEM, but they had a chance to let me know before the work started or even when the trailer was 3/4s full and there was still bags left to be taken away. But no, instead of letting me know before and give me the option to decide for myself if I wanted to pay more they gouged me at the end with no warning.,I should not pay extra for the mistakes in procedure from their employees. If you decide to go with them force them to give you the exact estimate when they put their eyes on it so you can make an informed decision and not be forced to pay more at the end.

This company was great. did just as they said they would for the price they quoted. called me 30 minutes before they showed up. loaded up and cleaned all in minites. I called several company's and they were the lowest-priced. will definitely use these people again and highly recommend them.

Q and Jim were very professional, efficient, and did same day pick up and haul off for a reasonable rate compared to other places. I booked with these guys after charity pick up didn’t show and another haul-a-way place no showed too. I was moving and called at 12pm and Q and Jim arrived safe Day a little before 5 and were finished by 6:30. I had a full truck load of debri, old furniture, books, and trash. Would highly recommend!!

My husband and I have needed to do a major clean out on our house with some recent renovations we’ve done. I came across one stop junk removal and I called Erica answered, and she was very pleasant and very informative and was wonderful Setting up a time for us to have everything removed. Great! Quick, fast and efficient. Everyone communicated well to make sure the few items that we wanted left didn't get taken. The lead was extremely nice. Well, everyone was. They even helped me move some of the items I was taking out. Very happy with the service.

Received limited information from a new girl in the office creating a few misunderstandings with the crew and the job expectations. But I must say Q and Derick were great! They were polite and extremely hardworking. They didn’t stop once even when I suggested they take a water break. I would hire them again if needed but would make sure to initiate many more questions beforehand.

I texted these guys for an estimate yesterday and they came by today (they offered to come yesterday). Extremely courteous and professional—gave an hour’s notice before coming by. They picked up all of the remaining flood debris in my yard that the county left behind in less than an hour and now I have my yard back. You won’t find a better price or better service out there. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again.
