They showed up right on time. They worked fast and did an excellent job. They were very personable also. Jimmy the supervisor was great; he's from Cleveland Ohio just like me. Now we both live in Houston!

These guys are great! I chose them because of the 5 star status on Google but when they came they lived up to the rating. The team arrived within the time promised, and were efficient. They left the garage clean, swept, and debri free. Their service was worth every penny!

With the purchase of my new home I needed to get rid of the junk that was inside and outside in the garage. I searched for a good junk service and I came across ONE STOP junk removal. I called and I was answered by a pleasant voice. Very rare to find good customer service now in days, but Erica gave a good impression. Sure enough it was great service. That said it all!!! Thank you One Stop junk removal for making it hassle free.

Erica was the best!!!! She was super friendly and helpful. She didn't mind answering my questions even if it was the same question twice. She walked me threw the whole process of having the guys come out and remove our junk. They price was perfect for the amount of things we got rid of.

Very nice people, however, $350 to remove a suitcase and a stand alone headboard is insane! They did not tell me the price until after they left and when I questioned the cost he bumped it down to $260 which is still way too much! I didn’t even pay $260 for the headboard. I received a handful of quotes from other places that included a king mattress with the other 2 items and was told $150-200 from all of them. I would definitely look elsewhere.

These guys quoted me $300-$400 to disassemble a queen bed and haul it away that was on the first floor. Other junk removers quoted me sub $200.

Don’t even bother with these scammers it’s clear they try and take advantage of their customers.

It was so easy to get an estimate, all I had to do was text a picture of what I needed removed & they replied within the hour and scheduled a team to come out the very next day. Jimmy and Cam called me 30 minutes before they arrived to give me a heads up and they arrived within the given time frame. They were fast, thorough and extremely friendly! Definitely recommend.

This company is great. Texted a picture in the morning for an estimate and Jimmy and his truck was here by 1pm. Very clear estimate over text, he confirmed it when he arrived and the trailer was loaded quickly and with care. I highly reccomend these guys for demo piles or all of those who currently have piles in their yard from the busted pipes in February. I used One Stop Junk Removal in Houston to remove and dispose of an old hot tub in my back yard. They did an excellent job!

Richard gave me a competitive price quote and honored the quote (rather than nickel-and-dime for "extras"). Although they were running behind (I was scheduled between 9am-noon), they kept me informed of their schedule and estimated time of arrival. When they arrived at 1:30pm, they were very friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning up the site when they were finished.
