Ahmed and his partner were on time. They were very professional yet personable at the same time. Two very nice guys and made sure to not hit or make any marks while taking the furniture out the doors (which were a challenge). If I need LoadUp again I will request these two guys for sure. They impressed me so much, which is hard to do.

I scheduled my move for the 08-12 window. The movers didn’t end up coming until a little after 12 which meant that I spent a good chunk of my morning sitting and waiting. However, the two gentlemen that came to help were professional, personable, and super quick. They were a great help. 4 ⭐️ for being late, 5 ⭐️ for service

Very poor customer service. Do not use these people. My husband contacted them about assembling a bike. Was told they could do it. No problem. No one showed up for the appointment. No call to say no one was coming. When contacted again, said they had assemblers scheduled. My husband told them that bike grease was needed. Was told assemblers would have everything. They did not have grease and appeared to not have a clue how to put together the bike. They left. My husband contacted company again to cancel service. We were told we could only get 50% refund. We said ok just to cut our loss.

Armando and his assistant turned up on time and helped get all our stuff out into their trailer. Very professional and well done. All on a Sunday too!

We made our order through phone call to LoadUp (they were opened the Saturday before), paid via a link sent by email, and got tracking information as well as an estimated time of arrival. Also got SMSes on our driver, Armando, which allowed us to connect with him directly.

I had an excellent experience scheduling removal of some large furniture from my apartment. The workers were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend LoadUp to anyone needing furniture or junk removal/donations!

I gave five stars because the loaders were very polite, friendly, and did a great job getting my refrigerator out of my studio in the back of my house. They unfortunately , were quite late due to over booking and freeway traffic from Santa Monica to Long Beach. In the end, everything worked out well

Joseph is the best, your company need more good employees like him! So helpful and wore shoe covers. He responds quickly and was even able to come earlier as I requested and help me with my other mattress. Joseph a raise! Happy Hollidays!

The pick up of my mattress and mattress topper was scheduled easy online. I had upfront quote and made my payment Prior to my service at my request. The loaders came and took the mattress in the topper away super friendly just couldn’t ask for more. They let me know ahead of time when they were gonna arrive and they were on time. Super happy.

We had a great experience with Load Up for mattress set up and old mattress removal. Was so easy to get a date for them to come out. The communication was excellent. Service was quick and professional. Mike was great.

I am so happy that I chose LoadUp to remove my sectional couch. Ashley kept in touch with me about delivery times. The two men who came to the house were professional and courteous. They figured out the best way to remove the sectional couch, since I had the option of the front door or going through the sliding glass door. They were great. I highly recommend LoadUp.

Why roundup? There is a lawsuit on that stuff and yall just spraying it into the lake and air you should be ashamed.

We live next door to a property they maintain, the workers blow the garbage and cover our cars with debris weekly.
