James J did an excellent job today cleaning my tile and carpet. We’re ready for the holidays!

We have called sears for ductcleaning last year and they didnt do a good job at all. They only did the supply and never did the return , we have paid $700 for the incomplete service . When we changed our AC unit the AC mechanic notified this problem . When we approached the sears about this issue , they have asked to send the proof. We took a picture and send ot to them and the operator agreed that there was no rerurn done . But the operator said they wouldnt give any reimbursement or do the return done . We have trusted this company for the service but they absolutely ripped us and we will never recommend anyone to use this company for duct cleaning and other service

$732 for a 30-minute tile/grout cleaning with machine that did not clean grout, I was promised that technicians will use hand brush to clean grout which was the main reason for this entire cleaning service. And, on top of that, they left us with a huge mess.

Most stains indicated weren't removed,
As a result; we end up buying our cleaning materials to finish the work.
We were also charged for a second walking closets that wasn't cleaned at all.

I had Sears clean the air ducts at a previous home. They did an excellent job, so I decided to try them again. December 18, 2023, I hired Sears to clean the air ducts at my new home. This time Sear's did a horrible, sloppy, rushed job. The technician used an air powered agitator to knock loose the caked up dust and dried mildew in the air ducts. He let the majority of it fall on my furniture and carpet. I had to deep clean my home of all the dried mildew and dust that fell from the vents during the air duct cleaning and afterwards. The next day, I still had debris blowing out of the air ducts. The service comes with a Sears satisfaction guarantee for 30 days. My wife said "H-to the-NO" they cannot come back to our house. The technician left us with a hole in the ceiling of our pantry from where he stepped through the ceiling while in the attic. The Sears technician that created the hole said the hole would be fixed the next day. I called the office the next day and was told it might be a week before someone comes to my home to repair the hole. Customer Service Representative Maribel told me I would receive a reduced service fee when my credit card was charged, but I was charged the full fee of $273.32. It took two weeks to get the hole repaired in my ceiling during the cold of December. My wife and I regret getting our air ducts cleaned by Sears because of the time and effort spent recleaning our home from the mess left behind by the technicians, plus the hole in our ceiling. We paid $273.32 to have our vents cleaned, but instead got a dirty house and a hole in my ceiling. I had a contractor come to my home to reclean the air ducts, and they did an excellent job, without leaving a mess for me to clean up.

To add insult to injury, the Sears technician gave me an invoice that he had attempted to scratch out another customer's personal information, but did not do that well. I have that customer's name, home phone number, cell phone number and email address on the invoice given to me.

This "Sears" company is the Worst ever. A complete Rip off... DO NOT USE THEM!!! The Techs are great, try to do their best but make mistakes. Its the office people don't care about customers. I've tried for weeks to reschedule a small miss. Since then they dodged appts, never showed up said they called but didn't . DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Stephanie, Maria, Mariabelle, dont talk to each other to know who's doing what.

We used Sears for 15 years and unfortunately the past experience lost us as a long standing client. The reps did not clean the upholstery items throughly. We have the one tech hanging out in our driveway doing nothing the whole time. We contacted Sears and they were going to send someone back out to redo the chairs. But they never showed up and they never got a call of the cancellation. We asked for a refund and the manager Maria refused to do so even though we took time out of our work scheduled twice only not to have it cleaned.

James J. did a phenomenal job of cleaning my carpets and instructing me in maintaining them. I certainly appreciate all his efforts and the results.

Great Service and even greater technician (James J.). Had carpet sparkling clean and smelling sooo fresh! And we have a 80lb American Bully Dog if that tells you anything!

Air Duct cleaning was terrible:

1- The guy scratched many walls and baseboard on my house, I just painted everything, clean the ducts was the last part before I move in

2- The guy was more concerned in up sell a crazy expensive UV light than perform his job.

3- After I turn on the AC a lot of dust fall to my floors.

4- The guy moved out the AC filter from my AC and did not tell us, I only figure out many days later.

5- They left a big mess after the job was done, specially at the bathrooms, they did not clean after they finished.

6- They did not clean the grills, they asked $ 195 to clean 11 grills.

Overall I am very disappointed, I checked so many good reviews about Sears and even they are not cheap I decided to trust my house with them, but was a mistake.

I know that there is a 30 day period that I can call them back, but how can I trust my house again with such careless performance ?

Total Dynamics Cleaning Service did a standard cleaning on my home. They were amazing and they were so detailed. They went above and beyond. My wife was so happy with their service. I’ve been looking for a cleaning service like this one and I finally found it!

Im one of those weirdos that actually enjoys cleaning, but with my 4 yr old and 9 month old, it’s gotten hard to do. I keep house pretty clean but needed someone to just vacuum, mop and do my bathrooms. I love how they’ll only do what you tell them to instead of paying $350 for an entire house of cleaning I didn’t actually need. Signed up for their monthly visits! Christine and Angela are so sweet and they organized my shoes in the closets before they vacuumed. I love this company! My house has never been so clean!

I was impressed during my phone inquire to find that Total Dynamics specializes in post construction cleaning. The 3-woman team of Mancy, Ramon and Dianara tackled a dusty environment and understood the work to be done. They had very pleasant attitudes toward a daunting task.
