I used Total Dynamics Cleaning Services to clean a house that is getting ready to be put on the market for sale. A crew of 2 came out and did an oustanding job of making it spotless and smell really good. I highly recommend them.

Loany and her teammate did an amazing job cleaning my home! The floors were spotless, every surface was thoroughly cleaned, and the entire house smelled incredibly fresh. Do not recommend! Please don’t waste your money!! Absolutely disappointed. I called them last week to complete a deep clean prior to moving into a new home. They originally quoted me $250 for up to 4 hours but upon arrival they said that it would cost $500 and 8 hours despite knowing the size of my home when I first reached out. They clearly stated that they would clean the entire home including counters, floors, windows, baseboards, appliances, blinds, showers, etc. Unfortunately, I was working and unable to complete the walk through with them when they were done on Friday evening. I would have initially been available if it remained in the 2-4 hour time window. Therefore, I returned to the residence Saturday morning and was shocked when nothing was clean. Some areas like counters, floors, baseboards, and bathrooms were not even touched as you can see in the photos. I tried to reaching out on Saturday morning with no success. I figured since it was Easter Weekend, they were unavailable. Therefore, I called 8 am Monday morning. I spoke to both Brandon and Veronica (manager) who were the worst customer service representatives I have ever encountered. They were both rude and tried to blame me for the inconvenience. They both said there was nothing they could do since I didn’t speak to them right away even though I explained to them I tried calling on Saturday. Even when I asked if this is the quality of work they expect from their company, they said I have no proof. I sent them these pictures with timestamps. Then Brandon said that I should have had the team send pictures of the job on completion if i could not be there in person. However, they did not offer that option at the time. Veronica said that the floor was like that since it could be “paint” which it wasn’t since I was able to wipe it easily with a wet towel. They eventually refunded me $100 which I appreciate. However, I still don’t recommend spending $400 for nothing. Upon further investigation, I found that the videos from our home security system were gone so no record of when they left throughout the day. I’m honestly not sure what they did for 8 hours. Total scam!

Really appreciated the thorough job they did with clean, especially in regards to my kitchen and bathrooms.
