They did a Great job, You just have to visit the areas that need cleaning to make sure you get it cleaned

I recently moved back to Houston after being out of Texas for a few years. I had previously been using Westside maids when I was in Katy. I moved to Cypress and thought I’d try my Mother in Laws cleaning service- not bad but not great either, and was nearly 2x as expensive. My husband got me a cleaning service through Amazon and it was a total joke! Worst ever!! I decided to go back to check with Westside Maids to see if they service this area- they do. My husband and I were both so happy with their quick, reliable and very affordable service. I won’t we trying any new companies. We are now scheduled for our 3rd service and will be having it done monthly.

First visit we received was a wonderful experience with Westside Maids this past Friday November 8th. The cleaning team did a great job and achieved results far exceeding our expectation, especially with our old range oven removing some old tough baked on stains on the porcelain coated grates, restoring them and the oven to a like new condition. We are immensely pleased and look forward to our next scheduled visit. Thank you Westside Maids!

My good friend recommended that I try Westside Maids, and I’m glad that I listened to them! They supply their own cleaning supplies and sent three maids to my home, which is better than my last cleaning service that only sent one. This was the first time that I a crew of 3 professional cleaned my house . * 3 maids , clean faster and at the end I paid less of what I was paying using the other company.
*the hard water stains at the glass shower door, and the mildew in the bathroom are 100% gone.
*they give me a free touch point cleaning with my deep cleaning.
* they were very friendly and respectful. Even with our dogs.

Westside Maids cleans for me just once a month. They do a fair job at a reasonable price. Everything is just surface cleaned, you need to be very specific with the girls to do anything special, I always upend my chairs so they will vacuum under them or move things on the floors or they clean around them. I tried 3 crews and on the 3rd try found a crew I liked so always ask for them. I have them use my vacuum as it is far superior to theirs. They do bring their own cleaning solutions because I don't think theirs do as good job as they should so I have them use my cleaning products for several cleaning jobs. They are usually prompt and for the reasonable price I do continue using them. They send a crew of 3 so are out of here in a reasonable period of time which I like. I don't care to have 1 person in here for several hours. You need to play it by ear for a couple of cleanings, see what they do and don't do to your satisfaction, then point out and ask them to do what you want.

I have used Westside Maids for years on an every other week basis and love the fact that it is the same crew each time. They have been accommodating when I need to reschedule or have a special project. The special projects do cost extra, but I only do those occasionally. I trust the crew I have and love having help with the house.

We haves had several serviceses and crews, by far this is the best we have ever had. If we could give Jessica's crew 10 stars we would. All very friendly and eager to do a great job. We have recommended THIS CREW to several of our friends.

I called them in need of move out cleaning services and they were able to put me on the schedule the next day! They did a great job. Especially in the bathroom. One of the toilets had a stubborn stain when we first moved in. I’ve tried cleaning it but to no avail. They were able to get it lax a sparkling clean. They were done in under an hour but I did have most of the area clean already. No major debris. The bedrooms just needed a good sweeping and wipe down. My only criticism is they have a very high credit card fee (5%) and they only take cash/check. Maybe allowing zelle or other cash transfer apps would be good.
