My tenant showed this pic after the clean, to me that’s not clean at all, I’m not sure this worth $208.
The issue came up after, I scheduled a clean and paid $29 deposit to secure the job. The Cleaner came to the house and ask to pay the balance before the job. Since he cannot reach me at that moment, he left.
I was called by the person in the office to pay the balance and I had to call the guy to come back to do the job. Why am I the one (the customer) have to call their employee?!
I thought most company do the job first, then customer pay them the balance? When I called about the situation, the guy seems confuse.
Really Weird situation.

Tim came out today and gave us excellent service. This is our 2nd time using Zerorez and we are 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for your carpet and/or cleaning needs.

Heard about these guys on tv, and just wow!
Gave me a great price and amazing service, did everything under two hours and no sticky or wet mess to clean afterwards.

I apologize in advance for the technician who came out to clean my carpet. I forgot his name—I am terrible with names. He was outstanding, did a thorough job, and was customer service-oriented. I was so pleased that I set up a six-month reminder and would like to request the same technician at that time. The rug in the picture was gifted to me by my sister when she moved, and it had several stains. It looked like she must’ve used it as an entryway rug. Now, it is just as clean as the one next to it that was not used. I'm very impressed.
I also wanted to add that the representative on the phone who took the call when I set up the appointment was very accommodating. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Tim did an excellent job with cleaning all the carpet upstairs! We couldn’t believe how good it looked in all rooms! Tim was so nice and neat… He even cleaned our stairs before he left! We have two cats so chose Zerorex because this company is eco-friendly! Over all we give ZEROREX 5 stars!

I live in a high rise and this is the first time I have used this company. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He used a portable machine that must be used in my building. He did an excellent job and was careful not to leave any trace of having been there. The areas he called look fabulous!

From start to finish the process of getting my carpet cleaned was quick and easy. Scheduling online was a breeze and communication was abundant. When the technician Timothy arrived he explained the whole process and advised the best treatment for my carpets. He was fast, kind, and thorough. My carpets looked brand new by the time he was done.
