Jorell Thompson has been taking care of our pool for some time now and he has done an amazing job! We know every week he’s gonna show up and we never have to worry about whether our pool is good to get in or not. A while back, we had another person servicing our pool and we were considering canceling the service and trying to learn how to do it ourselves😬 We were reassigned to Jorell and it hasn’t even crossed our mind since. Wonderful employee and a perfect service!

Dustin is being a blessing for my pool. It’s hard to keep pool in mint condition in the Texas weather and Dustin always find a way to keep it in perfect balanced conditions. Happy pool happy life!

Blue Science is the best! Very professional and aim to please. Gary is the absolute best tech! I am so impressed by his work ethic and professionalism. He always does what is needed at the time, and I never have to worry about my pool. Thank y’all!

Just wanted to thank Preston and the folks at Blue Science Pools for over 10 years of excellent service! After Hurricane Beryl they came out within days to clean and service, removed debris and helped avoid the pool from turning into a green swamp.

As a new pool owner in Houston, I had a great experience with Blue Science Pools. The technician did an excellent job fixing my pool pump, adjusting all the settings, and clearly explaining how everything worked. They made sure I understood every part of my pool system and showed me how to make changes whenever needed.

Great pool cleaning service from our technician Jennifer Morrison. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and does a great job of taking care of our pool.

Steve Daniel came out for the initial inspection and service. Great communication letting us know when he was coming and any point of interest during the service. He was professional and friendly through out. Took the time to do a walk thru and answered any and all questions I had. Highly recommend!

Anthony takes great care of my pool. Keith is very responsive to any concerns. They are honest and fair. Definitely recommend!
8/29/25 update. Josh takes excellent care of my older pool and always has it sparkling. The rest of the crew are also very good. The responsiveness is more than impressive! Best I’ve had in the last 13yrs!! Definitely recommend!

Eric is great! We had our initial visit today and he was very thorough with explaining our equipment and recommendations for scheduling. The pool looks great!

With all the rain we’ve had lately, my pool quickly started to turn green with algae, making it look just like the lawn. Thankfully, every time the technician came by for my weekly pool cleaning, my worries disappeared. The pool was always left sparkling clean and ready for the hot Texas weather. Tech Jonathon Taylor has taken his time to make sure my pool looks great. He has discussed the chemicals with me and the treatment he will be doing to ensure my pool is algae free and sparkling.

I can't even begin to tell you how incredible Keith, Steve and Wanda are! You can tell that this is a family owned business and they truly care. You are not just a number. Keith and Steve have done everything possible to help get my pool stable. They've gone above and beyond. And our pool has NOT cooperated! Lol 🤣
