This company KNOWS how to sell you on an idea by being the low bidder. But forget about it if you need service after the job is completed. Not affiliated with Better Business Bureau. Steer Clear ... We are sorry we ever used this small family owned company.

Finally found a pool company that doesn’t charge outrageous sums for routine jobs or try to sell you new parts rather than repair existing equipment. Responsive and reliable - highly recommended.

Quite literally the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with

they are very responsive. If anything is goes wrong with the pool they immediately get out to fix it. Very proactive regarding the filter cleaning process. Very personable to deal with. Excellent rating.

Pool construction phase was good - when I had Dan's attention. Weekly maintenance is TERRIBLE. Office doesn't communicate with ground crew and ground crew doesn't communicate with office. Always an issue; don't brush the side walls or the steps, don't vacuum, even though I pay through the nose for it! Get the run-a-round when I call to complain. Taking my business elsewhere and you should too.

Great pest control service. Their team is thourough and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone. Holly in the office is a hoot to talk to and always has me laughing. Will use them from here on out. Jay is also fantastic. Very astute and knows how to handle any pest situation thrown his way.

I Have used and referred Monster Pools for 5 years. They have been on time, easy to work with, and always done outstanding work. Whether it was installing a new heater, repair/replacing a pump or just answering questions, I highly recommend Dan and his company.

I have been using this company for many years for my pool needs. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. In particular, the work of Eileen has been superb in the how attentive and caring she is to the needs of the customer.

Was a great service before Monster purchased my route. A few issues you can expect:

1 - Change cleaning day. I have outside dogs, work from home some days, etc., so certain days work for me and others do not. This will not be honored.

2 - Deceptive selling practices. Following a request for pricing to change my filters, none was provided for several weeks. I changed my own filters...and then an email was received weeks later with a price and discussion of how badly my filters need to be changed.

3 - Corrupt. They showed up to clean my pool unscheduled and when I had guests using it, so I told them to come back later in the week or to not charge me for this week. I was of course charged.

4 - Poor service. More than once I watched the 10-min cleaning and sent pictures/video of the bottom of the pool that did not get vacuumed. Expect them to shock your pool and hit the highspots.

5 - No customer service. I admit that I ultimately got really pissed and sent an email stating all of the above..I even used expletives. Rather than making the situation right I received a voicemail saying that they will not be cleaning my pool any longer.

There's a reason they're about $10 cheaper than their competitors. Go with someone reliable.

The service has been great!! Our pool is aging so we have had to have more repairs than usual. They are always super responsive and come as quickly as possible in any emergency. They also clean our pool on a weekly basis and it always looks amazing. Would highly recommend!!

Both of my pool lights were out. I received an estimate from my regular pool company and was over $1000 to repair. When I called Church Pool Services, they came to my house to see what type of lights the pool and spa had, and started step by step assessing the problem very professional, detailed and clean work. At the end, it was only a GFI that was not working. They replaced it for a very inexpensive price. I was very happy and pleased because they were honest. Someone else would just replaced both light kits and charged me a fortune. Thank you Church Pool Services for you professionalism and honesty. You truly care about the customer!!

We had an issue with our pool having a high amount of stabilizer and while working with a DIY chain pool store- what they kept recommending us to do was keeping us in a stabilizer block which also resulted later in our pool growing live alge. Our pool was green and we had to drain our pool FOUR times and purchase upwards of a thousand dollars in pool chemicals and still nothing was working. We were referred to Church Pool Services and I spoke with Eileen. She was amazing in getting us on their schedule and with the help of Justin and Bud(?) They were able to get us all fixed up in 2 days!!!
We are so thankful to them and their expertise and got us back to normal so we could enjoy our pool!!
We will continue to do business with Church Pool and will recommend them to everyone!!!!

If you are looking for a pool company that cares about their customers and will leave your pool looking fabulous Church Pool Services is your company. Your first point of contact is Eileen and she is always so kind and accommodating. She is a ball of sunshine. The service technicians also do an excellent job. I have been a customer for years and highly recommend them.

I would not recommend this company. They emptied my filter out on my turf and made a huge mess. Only after I brought it to their attention, they came back and made an attempt to clean it. When they could not get it clean to my satisfaction, they told me I just needed to wait for it to go away over time.
They are not proactive with your pool equipment or servicing. I was having to reach out with issues frequently.
My new pool company discovered that my heater manifold has been leaking for about the last four months and it is so bad that it needs to be replaced. Fortunately, the heater is still under warranty and was set to expire in the next two months. Had I not switched pool companies, my heater would’ve ran out of warranty and I would’ve had to come out of pocket to replace it.

Church pool services are amazing. My pool has never looked better. Eileen, Jose and Bud are all professional and super nice people to work with.

Our pool service technician Graham is very knowledgeable and takes extra care to make sure everything is balance. We had a perfect pool this summer.

Church Pool has been maintaining my pool for over 3 years and I have been exceptionally pleased with their services. The pool has been in use for 14 years and they have provided not just a great cleaning service, but have consistently check all components of the system frequently.

Service occurs on the same day each week without fail, including in the rain. They have never missed a day and the individual cleaning my pool has remained the same for the duration.

I have had Church handle several several mechanical failures during the time they have been on board including one pump motor, a few line leaks and due to work out parts. Otherwise, they have been extremely helpful at a very reasonable price. Office staff is superb and scheduling repairs and pricing is very reasonable.

Five star company - I highly recommend Church Pools.
