The ladies at Westside Maids do a great job getting our house clean every other week! They are reasonably priced, quick, and sweet to my girls while they are here. Would definitely recommend!

Mariana, Gladis and Norma have been taking care of my home for almost eighteen months, and I couldn't be more pleased. It is always a treat to see their smiling faces, and they always leave my home smelling fresh and clean, and looking beautiful. I usually have a regular cleaning, and occasionally mix in a deep-clean - usually when I've had company of the two- and four-legged kind. I highly recommend Crew 8 - my three ladies - and Westside Maids.

Doing 2 stars as I did not paid it. It was my tenants. This was a deep clean move out and upon inspection this is what I found. Grease on different areas not cleaned. . I guess maybe it is not cover as I did not hired them.

I call Westside Maids because I needed my house cleaned for Saturday the 15th, I specifically told them I needed my floors swept n mopped dont touch the 3 bedrooms upstairs there is a small area upstairs for them to vacuum n to do the restroom upstairs they did that but the downstairs i really dont know what they did i have pics of what they didn't do. The lady told me and there was no misunderstanding I know what I heard. For the 1st hour or two it will be 129.99 I said great yes I will need yall here in the morning on Friday, they called me up Thursday evening and said that they will be at my house between 9 to 9:30 they didn't show up till 10.00 I gave my daughter the money to pay them 129.99 and they gave her the rate list. I called them and told them that that's not what Tammy told me n the lady said no mam it's 129.99 for the 1st hour I told her I can't do two hours for her to call her people and only do 1 hour. Mind you there was 3 ladies n like I said I dont know what they did because my daughter did the dishes that morning. This is what I found when I got home after they supposedly clean.

I noticed the carpet felt softer underfoot after the service. It didn’t just look clean, it actually felt clean, which says a lot about the quality of the work.

After a long time without cleaning, my carpet was full of dust and dirt. The cleaning team did an amazing job, removed all the buildup, and left it fresh and soft. Super satisfied with their work.

Excellent job cleaning the carpet. Even the heavily soiled spots were gone. The carpet also was not soaking wet. The carpet looked wonderful when he finished. The technician was prompt and confirmed the services to be performed. He asked about any other concerns. Also he made sure I was aware other services they provided. The technician was very professional. I am very pleased with the cleaning services and the technician. I would definitely recommend ZeroRez to anyone. I wish I had taken a before picture.

I have been checking out Zerorez for a while now and decided to book them to clean 4 rooms of carpet . Booking was very easy and they were very reasonably priced. Les arrived on time and texted when he was on his way. He was very attentive and informative. He described their process and asked if we had any areas of concern or questions and then he got started ! I can’t wait to see how it all looks after the areas dry completely but they look great and fresh now ! I plan to use them regularly from now on!

The technician explained everything and arrived within the specified window. He cleaned the 3 rooms of carpet and explained what he noticed with the carpet and made recommendations to increase the longevity of carpet. He was very professional. The results look good.

Dexter came out and did a wonderful job on our carpets. Took his time on stains. Explained to me the entire process. We had lots of area rugs from classrooms as well as a carpeted gym. We love how the carpets turn out and stains do not come back through like they did when we had them shampooed. Fast , friendly and reasonably priced.

Thoroughly professional! I'm over the top satisfied. Paul was my Technician and I will request him again in six months. My daughter come home from school and said Wow! That was all I needed to hear. Thanks for living up to my expectation and giving a great customer Experience
They came back for a finish my upstairs rooms. Jared was tops today. Hate to even walk on these floors but they did an amazing job! 👏 I'm a ZFan for life.

Them: 3 rooms get 1 free
Me: it’s two bedrooms , living room and a small hallway.
Also them: sorry , since you don’t have a 4th bedroom, the hallway doesn’t count and will be extra!

Fast, efficient. We had all tile grout cleaned and sealed. and 2 BRs carpet cleaned and scotch guarded. Very pleased.

Paul was great! He showed up on-time and finished cleaning my couches. He did go over a few spots that were stubborn and they wouldn't come out. I was very happy with the results overall and will use them again! Thank you.
