Excellent and timely service cleaning three very large, heavy, and dusty Moroccan rugs. Free pickup and delivery - and Sofa Cleaning Houston and his colleague even helped me move furniture around and lay the rugs back where they were. Very helpful and communicative and the rugs look great. Highly recommend.

One star only because 0 isn’t an option. I had an appointment to have our furniture cleaned within a given window that I made several days in advance. Toward the end of the window, no one had shown up and I hadn’t had any calls from them. When I called, the operator said a tech would call me shortly. Over an hour and a half later I still heard from the tech, so I called back. The operator tried to reschedule me for another day, but I had taken off of work to be home for this appointment before hosting a party. She then told me that I need to call the tech, but I had never been contacted by the tech to have his information. The operator then said the tech will call me soon. By 5pm (3 hours after the close of my 12-2 window) I still had not been contacted. I called the office again and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone for my number. This lack of communication and follow through is completely unprofessional.

Where do I even start…

First, the phone operator is probably the most rude and disrespectful service provider I have ever encountered. She was very dismissive and refused to return my calls. She also cannot do here job, being that she failed to communicate with the technician TWICE on scheduling a time to come out to my house. Once I complained about having to take work of on two separate days and wanting a clear time and price, she hung up on me and seemingly blocked my number as all my calls go straight to voicemail.

Second, the technician agreed upon a price of $150 flat and a 10 am service time IN WRITING. On the very next day, he gave me a 20 min notice to let me know that he’d be almost 2 HOURS LATE. Also, he tried to change the price to $300 PLUS A TRAVEL FEE. This wouldn’t have been an issue if my appointment wasn’t already changed TWICE and the price agreed upon prior. The frustrating aspects of it being the lack of respect on a predetermined deal and the shadiness of it all.

All in all, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND EFFORT ON THIS COMPANY. Terrible experience, if I could give negative stars I would. This company cost me 2 days worth of pay and gave me one of the most frustrating experiences of my life.

(To the operator that refused to return my calls: if you are reading this, remove my information from your data base. I kindly suggest you exit the service industry and pursue a career that does not require you to talk to people.)

It's really hard to find great service when it comes to cleaning your carpet or your rug. But I got lucky and found a great company that was trustworthy, professional, and paid attention to detail. Truly one of the best in the area, I was referred by a mutual friend and I'm so glad that they did a perfect job. I also noticed that the price was affordable, and they were right on time for the appointment. My carpet feels brand new and I'm so thankful! Thanks again!

Carpet Clean in Houston TX came out super fast and cleaned our carpets they look and smell great. Very fairly priced and glad we did it! There was definite per dander from the previous owners. They offers the enzyme breakdown and spot treatment additional but it's worth it. Our AC just broke and they did all the cleaning with no complaints they were done with 3 bedrooms and 2 massive walkins in about 1.5 hours. Would use Carpet Clean in Houston TX again!

Carpet Clean in Houston TX are Professional, affordable and efficient! They were very responsive to all communications, came when they said they would, were really professional upon arrival and were able to remove&cleaning an incredibly tough stain from my lightly colored carpet. This company was very responsive and did a wonderful job with cleaning the air ducts and the carpeting. Very pleased with Carpet Clean in Houston TX, which completed the work. Their pricing was right in line with most companies and their service was very quick and efficient. I recommend this business!

My carpet had sticky gum stuck under the coffee table. The cleaners came with the right tools, removed it without damaging the fibers, and deep cleaned the area. Looks and feels like new.

I was referred to Bright &Smart cleaning from a friend and have used their cleaning service for a while now. Every time I called they were very gracious and willing to help! They made sure all of your questions are answered and they’re available by text!! They respond in a timely matter. As for the cleaning Augustine was helpful ,he came earlier before the day of cleaning to check the house and to listen to my cleaning needs, he also provided some advise and led me through to what they were going to do . Very nice and my house almost looks and feels clean every time I use their services.Have been using their services since ,I will be using their services again!!!

Bright & Smart commercial cleaning company outperformed in all cleaning tasks. Their customized cleaning packages and experienced team is the best thing we can expect. 10/10. Definitely going to hire them again.

Been coming here for many years and gave both their locations many chances despite numerous mistakes and damages to my clothing on their end. At this location, the Asian manager is a rude and hateful person. When they make a simple mistake, they turn around and accuse the customer instead of a simple apology. This location can not be trusted due to the poor service of the manager / owner. I had to call the police on them it got that bad.
