This place is awful. I took my gown here which needed to be dry cleaned after a wedding. On the first return, none of the stains at the bottom were removed and practically no cleaning was done. We gave them a second chance, and on the second return the stains were still there and the stitching on my dress had come undone! My boyfriend (who was picking it up) told them to fix it but I decided to go pick it up as I did not feel comfortable for them to touch my dress which was custom made and ruin it further. When I went to pick it up, they insisted they would fix it and I had to fight to get my own dress back! I would give them zero stars if I could!

Don't spend your money here. Reason: the 7 shirts I took in came back worse than before, none were starched as I asked, stains were still on 3 of my shirts. I called three times to make them aware, but to no avail getting anyone on the phone.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! They ruined my $4000 wedding dress and did not admit to mistake nor did they give back the money. I specially asked if they had experience working with wedding dresses and was promised the newest equipment with personal attention to care. This location was completely different owners from the original location and can not compare!!! Was very rude when I brought up how badly the dress looked. Can’t reason with these people.

Terrible experience. Clothes were not ironed and creased properly. When I brought this to management’s attention, the gentleman became upset and frustrated with me. He asked me to return the following morning so it can be fixed. When I returned management said his regular iron person was not in and if I could return a few hours later. I agreed and when I returned my clothes were still incomplete. I kindly showed the areas I saw were incorrect. At this point he was so frustrated he quickly ran back and quickly iron my clothes then returned with a my clothes half bagged and he rushed to the back. I’m not sure why he was angry. I was trying my best to resolve with them it didn’t warrant that response. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Sadly, I wish I would have read some of these reviews before dropping off an expensive cashmere throw to be dry cleaned last Friday.

I dropped it off, told the woman it needed to be dry cleaned because of the material and mentioned a little stain. She said they would try to get it out. I pulled off and then something told me to back up and ask her again, “This will be dry cleaned only, right?” She said yes, of course. The label says, dry clean only, but for some reason I had a bad feeling…

I picked up the blanket Monday and upon getting home and removing the plastic, realized, sadly, that the blanket had obviously been washed with water. Shrunk half to size, thick, hard, like a Brillo pad. I returned to the cleaners, to explain and ask why this happened. He told me to come back tomorrow. I returned, was told the same thing by a different employee. I returned the next day, today, and was told yet again to come back. My frustration grew with a very defensive employee, who continued to gaslit me and try to make me feel ashamed for my frustration. Zero help, zero accountability, zero “we will make this right”.

So as of right now, they charged me 20 bucks for cleaning/ruining which has not been refunded and I will probably never see any reimbursement for having to replace the blanket.

Sadly, I would advise my neighbors to NOT trust this establishment with special or expensive items from your home or closet. I hate writing reviews like this but I don’t want anyone to experience the same thing if they don’t have to.

Josef and Jake did a great job cleaning algae off the siding of my house, and power washing the driveway and walkways. They even managed to get the stubborn algae spots off the concrete.
