This place is horrible I went to subway to eat lunch and wait for my things to be finished and they had my truck towed. They told me that this was a private parking lot.

This is the most terrible service I have ever had. They are not even washing the clothes all they are doing is pressing.This place should be closed down

good basic dry cleaning, nothing crazy

First time there, they 'lost" our items. Asked me if I "needed them soon" - yeah, that's why I came to pick them up! After a few days they found them, but while they were looking they admitted someone else could have taken them home. Never going back.

Never worn, brand new $70 pants, took to get pressed, came back with a 3" burn mark on them, I showed them and they offered to re-clean them for me... you can't wash off burned fabric. So I let them try again, and again, same burn plus a large amount of lint all over them. They denied responsibility and said they're not responsible for damaged clothes.... im never going there again.

Excellent service, fast turnaround, friendly staff, and love the free laundry bag that they provide so I can just drop off my clothes at their drive-through or 24-hour drop-off box!

Great cleaners with after hour drop offs. ONLY issue is there price. Not the most expensive but still high. but with same day survive and in store cleaning service, I will continue being there customer.

They damaged my jacket. No care taken

Dropped of my clothes on Wednesday, picked them up on Friday, got a surprise when my $80 jeans came back stained, said they could reclean them, go back again today, stain is still there but this time it's my fault they are stained. No more West Gray cleaners for me.. Worst customer service ever...

I've been going there for two years and will never go again. They ruined a brand new $90 shirt by staining the right side and tearing up the left shoulder. They said it wasn't their fault. Crummy product and crummy customer service. Never going back.

This location is very convenient for me, which is why I gave them too many chances. Clothes are poorly cleaned (returned with stains) and never properly pressed. Finally gave up after ruining a sweater and a dress.

This place has terrible customer service!! I went to pick up clothes and was given another customers clothes!! They also lost a pair of my jeans. After explaining to the manager his responsibility to find my lost item he demanded that I leave. Do yourself a favor and never patron this place.

I like that they do same day cleaning! I dropped a jacket off around 8:30AM and was able to pick it up by 4:00PM the same day. It was perfect and the price wasn't so bad either. Convenient and fast.

Just a whole lot of no today. Normally I’m very easy-going, and I just drop off a few dress shirts here to have them cleaned and pressed for work. I bring a khaki suit to be cleaned for a beach wedding, and they return it looking like they just put the items on a hanger and nothing more. The pants and vest are still wrinkled, and the seam on the pants has been ironed incorrectly. When I point this out to the owner, he tells me “that’s the way the fabric is” and gets defensive.

Ok that’s fine. I won’t patronize your establishment again, and will let this part of Houston see your shoddy work.

UPDATE: After seven loyal years, I was dismissed. I picked up a cocktail dress and the zipper had been ripped apart. I was told their "not responsible for zippers because they could get caught in machines and what if ten dresses got messed up." No matter that it was just ONE DRESS in seven years that I was requesting they fix or compensate me for. C'est la vie. I'm off to find a new dry cleaner ...

I've been using West Gray as my primary cleaner for 5 years now. Drop off at 8:30am, pick up after 5. They clean onsite which always ups a cleaners credibility for me. Plus, they have a drive thru and are super nice. They have never ruined any piece of mine and it doesn't come back smelling like chemicals like others. Maybe I am in the minority but for over 5 years consistently - I've been a very happy and returning customer. And I am a pretty finicky cleaner customer.

Con: they do not clean fake leather. I had to run around town once and ended up at MW Cleaners with sticker shock so bad, I will never wear that dress again rather than get it cleaned with MW. So I guess West Gray has spoiled me.

They also do small alterations so affordable, I haven't sewn a button on a coat since I discovered it.

In sum, a good cleaner is hard to find. West Gray gets my vote with praise!

I have been coming to this location for about 5 years. Over the last year the service is horrible. Aside from dealing with rude and arrogant ppl they don’t iron the clothes properly. Leave water stains on the clothes and actually one blouse was supposed to be dry cleaned and they washed it and left it as a wash rag. When I asked them to re do they said it was the material which was not true. DO NOT USE THEM

I went there for years since it was very convenient for me. I had many many problems with my clothes: badly washed, badly pressed, forgotten spots. The last straw: they ruined a nice wool sweater by washing it like a shirt ... it reduced by half and the soft wool had become a thick felt ... and the guy, instead of apologizing, went through all the stupid and ridiculous comments ("I don't know how it was before", "feels soft to me", etc ...).
I'm done with them. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE: THEY DO NOT CARE, DO NOT PAY ATTENTION AND THEY ARE DISHONEST.

I have been coming to this place for two years and other than the occasional "misplaced item" West Gray Cleaners has always dry cleaned my shirts fast for a decent price.

After taking in a suit however, I noticed that the right sleeve came out of the process with a huge hole in the middle. When I brought this up to the owner he mentioned it was my suits fault because it was weak fabric and it was only his responsibility if there was a huge tear in it because the machines have done that before. Not coming to this place again.
