I originally had an offer on a home in Sweetwater and had noted it needed all new carpet. I went back to show the house again and it looked like new carpet. I called the agent and got the name of the carpet company who had cleaned it. That is when I started using Fantastic carpet about 18 years ago. They have saved carpets where a baby had dumped a full bottle of red polish. They are professional and a good family business. They have done major remodel jobs for me, plumbing and lighting work, everything. The list of pros and vendors they have is extensive. They can do almost anything. And they are people you would enjoy as friends, not just employees. They are the best! Never disappointed.

I love Fantastic Carpets. Genuine, honest, trustworthy, reliable and professional are just a few of the qualities that come to mind. We have used Fantastic Carpets for rugs, hardwoods and tile flooring. Not just for cleaning also for purchase and installation of all types of flooring. Wouldn’t even think to use someone else. They truly are Fantastic!

I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet it was so bad. But they got all of the pet stains out and it looks and smells great. Highly recommend Fantastic Carpets! They’ve also replaced my hardwood floors. Did a great job. And they replaced the carpet in a very large that also included a floating staircase. Great job!

I met Jim after the Memorial Day Flood. I had flooded and had just fired the contractor I was working with. All that was left to do was replace my flooring. I knew nothing about Fantastic Carpet but called them to finish the job. It turned out to be one of the best calls I ever made. Jim came over and gave me a good price to switch out my carpeted flooring to an engineered wood. He did an excellent job! I flooded again during Harvey. I called Jim to do it all this time. We replaced flooring with new tile, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms. Updated both bathrooms. New paint throughout, installed new a/c, new electrical box and much more. Again his price was reasonable and his work superb. Jim is very hands on and to him customer service is paramount. He is very hands-on as he’ll come over and do some work himself. To me, that’s impressive. I refer Jim to all my friends looking for a contractor. Fantastic Carpeting just can’t be beat in my opinion. On top of that Jim is a great person and his personality shines through. Once you use him and his crew, you’ll never use anyone else.

Jim and his team did a fantastic job installing our carpet for a fair price and in a timely manner. Jim drive to meet me across town to show me the samples in stock due to the Covid situation. One worked out perfectly. He is a very nice person and we would be happy to work with him again.

Fantastic Carpet service is a wonderful family owned company. They are 3 generations and I personally have been working with them and using their services for the past 10 years. Jim and his team give exceptional service and have quality materials.

There carpet cleaning is the highest quality I have ever found and I love that they are able to do new carpet, new wood floors or refinish floors as well as tiling. There is so much that they do and have the quality of materials and people to do the work. I have never been disappointed. Jim and his team always make sure that I am completely satisfied and their prices are very competitive with others in the industry. Jim did a fantastic job on my 24 year old carpet! I've had other companies clean the carpet but not as good as Fantastic Carpets. It evens smells clean and most every stain is gone!

We have used Fantastic Carpet Services for 20 years and for good reason - this company does an awesome job from start to finish! We have used both their cleaning and floor installation services.
Just recently, our carpets and furniture were showing the “lived in” soil and dirt from the 4 months of the quarantine. They came out 2 weeks ago and cleaned our carpets and furniture, including a white linen sofa. I couldn’t be more pleased or grateful for the quality of the work and the confidence of knowing my home is clean.

Jim and team have been doing some contracting work for my family on a couple of houses including projects as simple as ceiling repair/texture/paint all the way to full carpet, paint, stairway rail build out, and trim work. I cannot say enough good things about fantastic carpet services. This small business (owned by a husband, Jim, and wife, Sherry) has been a family business for years. Jim is an expert with 45 years of experience in the industry having worked with his grandparents as a child. He saved us by patching (almost imperceptibly) two carpet snags and tracking down a near identical carpet to the rest of our home for a room that was beyond repair and cleaned our carpets in the remaining rooms for a competitive rate. Jim and Sherry are both very professional and also just delightful to interact with. Can’t thank them enough for the work they did for us!

I've used Fantastic Carpet for several carpets, large and small. This last time I had spilled my smoothie on an Native American style rug that I used on a table beside my couch. I am very fond of this rug. The smoothie had Turmeric in it!!!!😲 Turmeric
stains very badly and is difficult to remove. I called Fantastic Carpet immediately and he picked it up right away. It took a few days so
I knew he was working hard to remove the stain. The rug turned out great with only a very small spot barely visible. I am exceedingly pleased with the results and grateful for his faithfulness to his excellent customer service 😀
The price also included 2 other rugs.

Fantastic Carpet Services really lived up to their name! This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had with cleaning our bedroom carpets. We were preparing for last minute house guests when we noticed that the bedroom carpet looked very bad with old pet stains and water stains from where we had previously tried to clean it ourselves. My expectations were pretty low since the carpet is old and badly stained. But Jim really worked miracles and it ended up looking great. I honestly couldn’t believe how much better the carpet looked. Both Jim and Sherry were very accommodating and extremely friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend the company enough! You won’t be disappointed.

My son accidentally spilled a red Gatorade drink on our wool area rug. We brought it to Ashly Rug Cleaners and they were able to get it out and the whole rug is spotless! In addition, they were able to do it in a short amount of time (1 week). I would highly recommend them!!

When I needed a favorite rug remade into runner rugs, Ashley came through for me. They did an amazing job!!

Very polite. Excellent crew picking up and delivering rug. My only issue was took a bit longer than anticipated and didn’t get my final quote (which was the upper range of estimated) until after work completed. I would definitely use them again.
