Ashly is an awesome company. From getting quotes to the final delivery the process was smooth. Their service is amazing and the final product is beautiful. They even helped me figure out where to put the rugs in my new house. They probably aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for!

I had a great experience with Ashly Rugs! They are so knowledgeable, they cleaned my large dining room rug, a small entry rug and my kitchen runner beautifully - they look brand new! They also helped me change out my rug pads to correct ones. They are kind, respectful and helpful. I will definitely be using them again! Thank you 🙏🏻

These guys are the best! My wife got sauced and spilled some of her favorite artisan wine on our Persian silk rug. So I reached out to Ashly and I spoke with a very nice young man named Rashid. He gave me all the necessary information over the phone, and had me scheduled for a pickup that same day. This is a company that you can trust and they get the job done!

They did an amazing job! Our 3 rugs turned out way better than expected. One of our Oriental rugs had extensive bleeding from the red wool and you never would know. Very impressive!! Pick up and delivery was fast and easy too. Highly recommend!

The team at Ashley’s Fine Rigs did an amazing job cleaning my rug after our puppy made a huge mess of it. They came and picked it up, moved the furniture, and when they brought it back it was perfect. I could not believe they were able to restore my rug, I tried to clean it myself and made everything worse. Highly recommend Ashley’s, they were very professional and nice and did a wonderful job.

We’ve used Ashly Fine Rugs twice now for our wool rugs and the service is always great. They take great care of our rugs and get rid of all the stains and odors our three dogs create.

I had a water leak from my attic water heater. It completely saturated my oriental rug in my front room. Within a couple of hours after I contacted Ashly their staff was at my front door for a pickup. I was very grateful!

Ashly did a great job cleaning my rug which was 10 years old and had been in our family of multiple dogs. Their process is unique, detailed and effective. My wife and I also like the eco friendliness of using the sun to dry the rug. Customer service and communication were also great and pricing was very competitive for what we received. They do offer pickup and drop off, if preferred.They are centrally located inside the loop, on Richmond. Do yourself a favor (if you can), and visit the store. I am so glad we did! The rugs they have in store, many designed by the owners, are breathtaking! If you visit, checkout the staircase, another must see and owner designed! The family (4 generations) is wonderful! Winning on so many levels! Back to our rug. She’s home and possibly better than new! We couldn’t be more pleased! Definitely fans for life!

They have been cleaning our rugs for several years and do a great job. They are able to remove pet stains and odors and it looks just like new. The owners are so nice and easy to work with and their selection of rugs to purchase are beautiful!

There folks know their rugs. Professional service and good at setting expectations. I've had two rugs cleaned at different times. This last time I had delivery and pickup and they were there right when they said they were. We tried 3 different places before them and will never go anywhere else. Visible difference in the rug, much more vibrant colors. Softer knotting. Great work.

We had our area rug picked up, cleaned and delivered back to us and I’m blown away at how clean it is! Our aging dog left a lot of stains and it was beginning to smell and look bad. We’ve had the rug 10 years and it has never been cleaned. It looks and smells so good! The stains are gone and the odor is completely gone. They did a great job and were very friendly. I highly recommend them for rug cleaning!

When my cat got sick and urinated all over my favorite area rug….., there was no choice but to have it cleaned. I’ve had the rug for over 20 years and have not ever had it professionally cleaned, so it was really over due. I was worried that it was not a thick and higher quality rug, but there was no problem cleaning it. Now my favorite rug is back and NO cat pee smell! They also repaired the edges that were frayed and cleaned my runner. The runner feels so much better under my feet now!

Having handmade rugs is an investment and having them professionally cleaned and repaired is also an investment that keeps them going strong.

I chose Ahly because they have been in business a long time and they are located near me. They picked up the rugs quickly and replaced them, even helping me put the big one back in my living room (which meant under the couch).

I would call them again in the future.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Ashly Fine Rugs!! They did a fantastic job cleaning 4 large area rugs (one was a 30 year old wool 11x15 rug and incredibly heavy! Owners are communicative, easy to work with. They came to my home and picked up the rugs and brought them back, laying them back out carefully. Rugs look like new and feel amazing again. Should have done this sooner and will be using them for all of my rug cleanings from now on! Highly recommend. Much more affordable and sustainable than going out and buying new rugs when the old ones just need a thorough deep clean! Thank you so much
