Ashly Rug Cleaners did a great job on our fine woven rug. There were many little outfits that advertised cleaning these rugs, but we felt very comfortable in going to a company that is in the business of selling them also. Fast turnaround, along with pick-up and return made the experience very nice. Price also competitive with other bids (based on rug size).

Just got my Persian rug back from being cleaned after the dog soiled it. They picked up on Tuesday and returned on Friday. Thankful it was cleaned right away so nothing set to long. Quick and easy service and rug looks great.

Ashley Rug Cleaners has taken my 40+ year old rug, trimmed the fringe to be the an even length, deep cleaned it and make it look near brand new! They are very efficient plus they pick up and deliver. What a great job!!! Use them, you won't regret it!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Family owned and operated. They came to my house, up and down 3 flights of stairs to pull the primary bedroom rug (8x10) for a deep clean. Returned and replaced the beautifully cleaned rug within a week. Very fair rates considering they had to take apart my king bed for pick up and again delivery. Wouldn’t use any other company!!

Excellent service. I had an emergency situation with my area rug because of my dog and Ashley rugs essentially rescued me. They were at my house within the hour to take away the rug. They soaked and washed it twice and the rug was delivered back to me in perfect condition a week later. I cannot thank them enough for helping me. Because of Ashley rugs I am able to keep this heirloom piece forever.

True professionals! First time I worked with this company to have my 3 wool/silk rugs cleaned. From the beginning, talking with Helaine, I knew it would be a good experience as she was friendly and professional and willing to schedule a pickup that would work for me. Their pricing was reasonable - as I had a quote from a competing firm that specializes in these kinds of rugs to compare to. The rugs were not only beautifully cleaned but they had them finished in 2 weeks and were able to deliver on a day that was convenient for me. The men that delivered were very well trained to place the rugs pads perfectly and carefully move the furniture in order to do so. Everything was a good experience! I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone with fine rugs!

Had a rug with pet stains and they did an excellent job of cleaning and scotch guarding it. The lady’s were very courteous and easy to deal with. There are many unscrupulous cleaners that will pick up your rug. Beware!
