These people are the best I’ve ever had as far as cleaning my home not only are they courteous and thorough they’re extremely professional and very fair with the pricing I would highly recommend five stars definitely

I had a little trouble on the first appointment when they didn’t show up, but they comped me a cleaning and did a FANTASTIC job when they did come out 2 days later!

I was pleased with my first experience with Super Maids. They cleaned my home thoroughly within the time allotted for my visit. I didn’t think it was going to get done but they finished strong.

I'm another person who got burned by this business not honoring a Groupon--in this case one my spouse bought me for Valentine's Day. When I called to schedule, he asked if it was for a "move out" and I replied, no: I am disabled & needed some extra help with things like dusting and he immediately jumped in and said the Groupon can't be redeemed for "Deep Cleaning", I said, that's not what I need, just some assistance with tasks that are a little more challenging for me.

It seemed like he was implying that I was somehow extra dirty because I'm mobility-impaired, but you would never know I had any issues just looking at my house, we are busy and my spouse travels a great deal and he knows how hard I work to keep up with it all which is why he bought me this "deal'. In tears because of how rude the cleaning manager guy was to me just now on the phone.

I had previously read all the fine print of the Groupon and what services were supposedly included: dusting was definitely one & seems pretty basic for a cleaning service. I would have considered going from a one time service to a monthly if it worked out but certainly not after this.

The Groupon people just gave me a refund. They were nice about it and asked me if I wanted to transfer the money to a different maid service but honestly it took a lot to even think about getting a service (I was brought up to be self-reliant no matter what) and I don't want to face awkwardness or any further judgmental attitude so I will just manage as best I can on my own.

I called them to basically mop my floor and they showed up with 3 people. After 2 hours they told me that they need me to pay extra to mop the floor! What? My house was really clean and did not need anything besides cleaning the floor, and they use their dirty tactics to charge me more money! I do not recommend these crooks at all!

Super Maids of Texas did an excellent job. Very professional and pleasant. Extremely proficient and really did a "deep" Cleaning. My home sparkles!! Would highly recommend and will use again.

Customer service is definitely lacking, I called twice spoke to someone who was friendly and promised a return call to make an appointment, but it never came. I called again left a message, received a text in return, however, when I asked for an appointment, I never got a response. It’s sad, I wanted to use their company because they offer all that I need to get my rental home ready for the next tenants, just wish I could get a response....

STAY AWAY! I purchased a Groupon and have left multiple messages for 2 months without a single call back! I even called from multiple numbers and filled out online requests. It's near impossible to contact Groupon either so it's a pretty slick scam these people have going. They already got $90 of mine and plenty of others based on the reviews. Learn from my lesson and save yourself the money...and more importantly, the frustration and dont fall for this scam.

listen to all these other bad reviews. this company is the most unprofessional and immature adults i've ever seen.
we used the groupon deal to get a house cleaning. They didn't do much of anything except clean the bathroom and sink and make our bed.
the real problem is that they broke our $500 microwave and REFUSE to do anything about it.
First of all, it took my boyfriend and I weeks of calling to even get anyone to acknowledge us. Once we were able to get a call through, this company said that the microwave could have already been broken and they were in no way responsible. This is false. I had JUST used the microwave that morning. When I got home in the afternoon, it was broken. The touch panel was unresponsive and there was an error code on the screen.
After a lot of attitude and annoyance, the company agreed to at least send a repair technician to our house to look at the microwave to determine if it could have been the cleaners who broke it.
(This was after my boyfriend had to get a little nasty with them over the phone, because whoever the manager of this company is said that since my boyfriend left a bad google review, they weren't going to fix it. Literally dealing with immature children here.)
The repair tech was supposed to come between 3 and 5. At 3:30 they texted my boyfriend and said they canceled the appointment and decided that they were not going to be responsible for our microwave. Essentially "too bad, so sad."
We have both reported them to the Better Business Bureau for this absurd and fraudulent behavior. We are also talking about pursuing legal action. If you break something, you fix it. They were hoping we would just let it go, which is why they have been ignoring us and giving us the runaround. But we won't quit.
Do NOT use this company. Nevermind the fact that their work is shoddy- dealing with these people at a customer service level has been nothing but a frustrating, infuriating mess. Stay away and find another cleaning company.

Wow these maids were amazing. From the beginning when hey walked in they marched on and took charge of ge cleaning. Left my place immaculately clean and I will definitely use them again. They are extremely time efficient with their cleaning. Thank you for such great cleaning.

We purchased a groupon and tried to schedule cleaning via phone call the week of November 12th. They responded via text to tell us that they only had appointments the week of November 18th. We asked to book and did not hear back. Today I called and no one answered. I messaged through google and was told they only have availability December 2nd. I asked to book and again they stopped responding. At this point I have requested a refund and highly recommend not using their services. While their reviews look good on groupon on Yelp they're only rated 2 stars.

We've used this business at two different residences. The owners are professional and if anything is not done to the clients liking, they will work to make it right. Billing is done with ease and our usual crew has always been respectful of our home.

I bought their voucher on Groupon. Called them to make an appt, nobody picked up. Texted them, nobody responded. Called them again, left a voicemail saying pls call me so that I can schedule an appt. Nobody called back. Made an appt through their website, receive an email saying they will confirm it. Didn’t receive confirmation email, but I ended up waiting on day of appt just in case somebody decides to show up. Nobody did.

I don’t know how their ratings are high when this is how they treat their customers.

I used them back in January. They did a good job cleaning. Only reason I gave 4stars is because they broke one of the stoppers in the master bathroom sink but said nothing. Once I discovered it I got a suction cup and lifted it up and pulled it out. I haven't replaced it yet. I plan on using them again but I'll be there to check everything is good before they leave.

The maids work incredibly slow. Imagine my surprise when I come home from work at 9:00 pm and find that the maids are still there.

I originally hired Super Maids of Texas to clean my house before Christmas. They were the only maid service out of 15 that I called that had any availability around that time. That should've been a red flag to me immediately.

When I got home from their initial cleaning, I was not impressed. However, I had not left them a listing of things that I needed done. So I thought that the second time around I would give them more guidance. I wrote them a list the second time.

They did a very poor job at almost every task I asked them to do. My bed was poorly made and the comforter not on correctly, there were towels and blankets in a basket that were not folded, the floors were filthy, the cabinets, furniture, and tables were streaky from the polish that was used. I had to re-clean my house the next day. That's the last thing I want to do when I come home from work.

When I expressed to Milton that I was disappointed in the job that was performed, he proceeded to charge my card for the full amount. The maids wasted a ton of time cleaning my blinds, even though I did not ask them to clean my blinds. He wanted me to eat that time.

When I asked for a discount, he told me that most people are grateful for the work that they do in their houses. I don't know what these people did for 6.5 hours, so no, I'm not grateful, instead I'm horribly concerned.

I received a very small discount that doesn't make up for the time I had to spend cleaning up what the maids couldn't.

I would not recommend this service!!!!!
