I was very satisfied and happy with the work Primes carpet cleaning services did for us. They cleaned all the surfaces in my home including laminate, tile and carpet. The previous owners had multiple dogs and the home smelled terrible! They removed all the stains, left us with clean grout and the home smells like new! I’m am trying to sell my home and was in need to a professional carpet cleaner. James was super nice and cleaned my carpets very well. He noticed I had some patches in my carpets from my cats scratching at my door and even offered to fix them for me. Not only that I’m pregnant and had a hard time changing out my front door key pad and he was so nice to do it for me while he waited for his partner. Nicest guy ever and him and his team did a wonderful job as well. Did I mention they were very fast and effective looked brand new. I highly recommend Primes Carpet Cleaning and will use them again for future services. My carpet looks brand new and James was able to get out several set in stains. I also had him clean my tile/grout and am a very pleased customer. James was on time (which is hard to come by these days) professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to my carpet. I have 2 fur babies in my home and I was very satisfied with the services I received. My carpet is clean and smells so fresh....I will be using his company again. He is now my new carpet guy.
