I have used this company now for over a year. They clean my windows quarterly. They have always done an excellent job. Recently they did not clean a few windows as well as usual. I notified them and they were prompt to return and clean the windows in question. They are excellent to work with, professional and the workmen who they send to the house are courteous and polite. I would highly recommend them!

The house and patio looks almost brand new now ! Mark and Jim did such an incredible job of soft washing the stucco , window cleaning (outside and inside) of our three storey house .The patio had grass growing in between the tiles but it is spot less now.
The process to set up the service was quick and, estimates very clear.
Definitely recommend their services.

I recently had Trushine out to clean my home's windows, inside and out, wipe down my wood blinds and make minor repairs to one of my gutters. I will definitely use them again as they did a very good job. They came out to give me a quote the day after I contacted them, and put me on their schedule for the following day. I was told they would be here between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. and they were here at 8:00 a.m. on the dot. Jim and the man helping him were both very clean cut, friendly, personable and I felt very safe with them in my home. I thought it would be an all-day job but they were only here a few hours, yet my windows were crystal clear. And the best part is the price was reasonable.

I am very pleased with the work done by Trushine for cleaning out my gutters and downspouts. Juan Carlos was in charge of the operation and did a great job. They were quick, did repairs, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended. Thanks again Juan.

Harold did a great job with our gutters today! He thoroughly cleaned everything out and installed new gutter guards. Best of all, he showed me pictures of everything which I truly appreciated. He also went above and beyond cleaning everything up, not only the stuff that was clogging our gutters, but he even cleaned out our toddler’s water table and made sure the yard was spotless! He was very professional, and we enjoyed working with him!

Juan was prompt and professional. He did a great job clearing debris from the gutters and cleaning up the mess. He provided before and after pictures of the condition of my second story gutters and ran water as a final test that all was flowing properly. Communication with the company is great and Arman and his office team are working hard to ensure good customer service.

Jim and Juan cleaned my windows inside and out. They did a great job. I was impressed with the service of the company . Arman came out and gave me a quote and they started work the next business day.

I had Juan Carlos do our windows, and he was very thorough; all my windows look sparkling clean. I also needed the patio screens and our big patio fan. He did a fantastic job; he was organized, respectful, and careful. I will be hiring this company again. Thank you, Juan Carlos, for a great job!

I had these guys help me with all the glass on my windows and doors. Initially they did the jet spray with the broom service but that did not really do the job. I called the office back and they immediately sent Mark in to save the day. He used soap and squeegee to clean every single pane of glass to perfection. Thanks Mark! That’s the quality of cleaning that I’m looking for. Tru Shine, you should really stick to that quality for very single service. You’d have very happy customers

Had these guys out to clean 4 units in our subdivision. We have 3 story stand alone houses. When they first came out, they found that our houses were slightly taller than most 3 story properties in Houston and they therefore couldn't clean them at our original appointment. TruShine stood by their quote and came back the next week to clean all 4 properties. They call and email before the appointment and are always in contact. They also have a bunch of other services such as window cleaning, gutter guard install, driveway cleaning, etc. All 3 personnel on the crew they sent out were excellent. They did a very professional job and I would highly recommend them.

Carlos Juan just finished cleaning our gutters. He did a great job! Gutters were extremely dirty with a large amount of debris. He did a thorough.job cleaning up and hauling off debris. He was polite and pleasant to deal with. Would like to have him for any further work we may have done in future.

I had my gutters cleaned and also asked for some mildew to be cleaned off of my Chicago brick and my sidewalks power washed. Harold listened to my request to protect the integrity of the brick. He and his crew did an outstanding job and my bricks look brand new! I will definitely be using his services again!

UPDATE 10/23/2024 - I would like to give a shoutout to Jim for his service. This is the third time TRUSHINE has visited my property, and perhaps the most important. With all the debris still falling from Hurricane Beryl, Jim made sure to clean up my gutters and remove all the branches from my roof. I'm very appreciative of the thorough work that was performed!

He came out, did a quick assessment and gave us a fair value for what we were looking for. We got multiple quotes before we went with Trushine Window Cleaning and ended up saving in the long run. The office staff was always available for any questions or concerns and provided a timely response.

A shout out to Juan Carlos Suazo! He did a fantastic job cleaning out our gutters, cleaning our exterior and interior windows, including screens and track detail cleaning and making them look like new. He was very professional, friendly and efficient and was very very tidy.

We would highly recommend this company for any services that they provide. In addition, we would recommend their quarterly service for a discount savings.

I’m very happy to have used them for window cleaning services for the 2nd time. Harold and Marc did a really great job at being careful with the windows and keeping me informed of what they were doing as they moved about cleaning the windows. There was a window that needed attention that they made me aware of and I was VERY appreciative of that. There was also a slight issue with the cleaning at one point but they both worked diligently and put some “elbow grease” into remedying the issue. Spectacular job AND they were very kind to each other and professional! That’s always important to me. 10/10. I would certainly recommend

Jim and Marc came out today to pressure wash our house (stucco). They were on time, professional, and very easy to work with. I wish I had before and after pictures to post. Unbelievable difference! The is the second time we've used Trushine, but definitely not the last. Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend! Juan Carlos did an excellent job cleaning our gutters and roof. Gotta admit, I was skeptical if the company because I’d never heard of them and it seemed almost too easy (not to mention cost effective!) to get everything set up. They are kind, courteous, professional and I’m quite impressed by their work. We signed up for a quarterly cleaning and now that’s one thing I don’t have to worry about for house maintenance!!
