James was my #Choice amongst 2 other companies for one major reason - great communication and customer service. Yes he has great pricing but whether we communicated via text or on the phone you can tell James was intergral and the kind of person you feel comfortable being in your home. He showed up 5 minutes early all masked up and in and out in under 2 hours leaving behind a carpet that looked as good as the day we moved in. He was courteous, friendly, and respectful. He is out carpet guy going forward.
P.S. He didn't even have to park in our driveway.

James did an awesome job. He was on time and very professional. My carpet had not been cleaned in a while so it was nice to see it come back to life again. So now it's clean and smells great! I will definitely use him again and recommend his services.

James is the man! Prime carpet cleaning is hands down the best. I have had to use a few carpet cleaners for my own personal home use and for a rental property but no one has impressed me the way James has. He pays attention to detail.
