I've used them before and wanted to see if they could do what i needed for the exterior of my house (turns out they can!).Talked to this person named Serena and she was amazing. Answered my questions, was knowledgeable, and was courteous as well. I am shocked to see great customer service like this and am excited for the job they complete soon.

Carlos Suazo just finished our home gutter cleaning. What an awesome job. Very affordable, very professional, went above and beyond what most contractors would do. Cleaned up the very full gutters, rinsed them out, cleaned up the debris blown out and bagged it up. The roof looks awesome as well. He cleaned off the debris on the roof that was going to drain into the gutters! Put my hose up, clean the driveway, etc. better than it was when he got here! Took the time to recommend his findings and the quote I had received. I’m a very satisfied customer and will be returning to this company for other services as well and gutter replacement. I hope to work with Carlos again. Thank you, thank you thank you, Carlos! Highly recommend this company. I have not experienced this high level of customer service in a long time. My new go to Company and so affordable.

This company is a disaster. From the time that I called and requested, they were very prompt at replying through text message with multiple text messages. However, after I did not receive any notification or information from them for two days, I called back and the girl couldn’t even find where I had called in. I gave her the number that the text messages came from to which she did not recognize and so she wanted to start the process over again and I said no thank you and hung up.

They called me back and said listen. We’re sorry that happened but we can get you in. Will you please give us another chance so yes I gave them another chance. It seemed OK initially. The guy came out. He gave me a quote he saw that it was a construction zone. The windows had been protected, but there was film on the windows. My daughter was present when I said we just need to film off we need everything cleaned and looked nice and he said yes well we may have to use the blade in some areas, but it looks good. It was marked on the paper and the paper gave me a price. I agreed for the price but what they are telling me is that there was a computer glitch so when the guy got here he wanted to charge me exponentially more to clean these already clean windows, cause he would have to pull out a blade and get a little glue off of the window.

They did not stand behind their contract. They said they would rather pull out of the job, then do the job even though they knew the error was on their

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They do not stand behind their contracts and are highly unorganized because they depend on a computer in text message instead of talking to their customers.

The guy I asked to quote me on the phone wouldn't explain the most basic questions like whether a closet is considered an area or not and he just hung up on me then proceeded to call me back and hang up on me again. Very unprofessional. How do you expect to get any business if you can't explain your services to them, have a basic website without pricing, and hang up on your possible customers?

These guys are great. I appreciate their business. These guys are professional, and courteous, and very respectful. I've even left my own house while they did their cleaning and never had a problem or felt they were untrustworthy. They always remember me and call me by my name every time. It's that personal touch that goes a long way with me.

I called the El Camino location because a Fed ex driver was trying to make a delivery to them, and the person that answered the phone hung up on her. She asked if I knew where it was. Google maps said I was a 2 minute walk from the business, but there's no sign anywhere, I didn't even know they had an office nearby. The guy that answered the phone was really rude and suspicious. "Who the hell are you and what are you trying to deliver?" Over and over. I stated several times that I wasn't delivering anything, I was calling for the Fed ex driver that couldn't locate their business. Poor lady was just trying to do her job.
The guy was really hostile and hung up on me. I thought it was weird to have a business with a location that isn't marked, and to answer the phone in such a hostile way. I guess he isn't going to get his package. I don't think the Fed ex driver would know what was being delivered, either.
Good luck with their deliveries, since the location is top secret. Will make a point to. Never use this business.
