we were really in a tight place were we needed the carpet cleaned by the next day due to us having a final move out walk through scheduled. He was very professional. He explained everything and showed no judgment about how much cleaning that was needed with the carpet( especially the staircase) His prices were great and he educated us for future carpet care.

David from the carpet cleaning company is highly recommended! I researched a lot of businesses and decided to go with this firm based on ratings. No regrets since David and his team were very courteous, professional, and accommodating! Our carpets and tiles look brand new even after more than 25 years because of David’s outstanding work on them!

I have used DK Dustbusters for almost 10 years and have never had the desire to look elsewhere. I love DK’s Dustbusters. I recently had surgery and was unable to get around enough to clean. DK to the rescue! For the two months I was down, they came and cleaned once a week, which helped me not only keep the house clean but also keep my sanity. I already knew the quality of service I was getting, as I had used DK during a summer of madness once before, and I was not disappointed. Among the many good things I could say, here are the best: timeliness- the ladies always arrived promptly within the window (cable companies should take a lesson from them!), value, supervision - (at any point and time the supervisor may walk through to see how the clean is going)and the quality of the clean. But most of all is the flexibility they have in working with your schedule - they came when I needed them, and there was no pressure when my need had ended. Love this local company!

Have had DKs Dustbusters cleaning my home for several years now. They have always been great at scheduling with me and had excellent service. I look forward to my cleaning day every month. They even rotate my bed which is super appreciated.

I found DK’s Dustbusters on Google and solely went by the reviews. I entered a request for a quote and less than 10 minutes later received a call. I was moving out of a rental home and needed to make sure all move-out requirements were met to get my deposit back. On the quote call, I relayed all my needs and was given a quote which was affordable and they were able to come rather quickly. Everything that they promised was delivered over and above. It could not have gone more smoothly. Expectations were exceeded and I would definitely use them again. DK DustBusters does a great job. We used them monthly for about a year and it made our normal house cleaning effort decrease significantly. They took care of all the things that we didn’t want to do regularly (especially bathrooms/mopping the tile floors) and made our life so much easier. I work from home so I met each of the individuals that came to the house and they were all friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. The manager also came multiple times to inspect that the work was meeting their standards. Highly recommend.

Aside from the great cleaning job, I love DK Dustbuster's professionalism. They confirmed my appointment by phone and then followed up with me the day after the cleaning. The lady that cleaned our home was lovely. Afterward, she left a complete list of all that she had done. I found the whole experience to be very detail-oriented. Their prices were comparable or less than what I was quoted elsewhere, and their cleaning checklist included all the basic cleaning tasks I wanted done. They were very professional and responsive and made the process of getting a quote and scheduling super easy. There were a few things I didn't want cleaned like dishes and trash - they noted this and followed those instructions. Tiffany arrived on time and did an amazing job cleaning my house; she truly went above and beyond! After my services, they also called to follow up and make sure everything was satisfactory.
