2nd look was very professional the lady was so gentle respectful , and friendly I left my home for hold month and when I was back I call her to clean my apartment and she did a very wonderful work I will recommend her

I was looking for a simple cleaning quote & she went on & on about how the phone call was costing her money if I didn’t want her service right away.

This is the second time I booked 2nd Look. Amazing job, my apartment was like brand new after the cleaning, i am very satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Hands down the best service in the Houston area. The lady was very fast and detailed in cleaning my home. Calling is usually the best method of communication.

Unfortunately, I trusted that she would do a great job but I was highly disappointed once I came home and saw my house. I paid for a deep clean and she half cleaned my home. My floors were not swept nor mopped and the counters nor stove were cleaned. She did offer to come back the next day but I declined.
