The use of Maids in Service was a one time overall house cleaning for a home wedding weekend. The service was better than I ever expected. The kitchen stove top looked like there was a brand new range top.

With 5 animals in the house, there was cat hair everywhere. Every baseboard in every room was totally free of cat hair, white-glove clean😍. The bathrooms were sparkling clean. All of the hardwood floors were super clean. The vaccuming upstairs was such that you could see that no one had walked on the carpet as they cleaned each room.

They were very professional in their services. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. I’ve used cleaning services in the past in the Dallas area, and none even came close to how clean my home was. On a scale of 1 to 10 - I’d rate them 10,000❤️❤️

I booked Maids in Service for a move-out clean and had a great experience. The team was professional, efficient, and very thorough. My apartment felt clean and refreshed, and they paid close attention to details that really matter for a move-out. Communication was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.

We love Team#12 Zoila&Daisy. After trying them for first time we requested this team to clean our house again. Punctual, courteous and attentive to smallest details. They make sure to follow through with our requests and always check if we are happy with the end result. Recommend Team #12!

I have been using Molly Maid for years. They do a great job cleaning my place. Support staff is great also when need rescheduling.

I’ve used this service several times and have usually had great experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent cleaning was very subpar for the price. Multiple tabletops and countertops were still dusty, faucet handles weren’t cleaned, the fridge wasn’t wiped down, and the trash bags weren’t replaced.

I called to share my concerns and was offered a free re-clean within 72 hours, but I am out of town and asked if they could extend that window so I could be present. They refused to accommodate. Because of this poor service and lack of flexibility when I raised a legitimate complaint, I will not be using this company again.

They came the same day. Did a deep cleaning. When I returned home, my apartment was spotless and smelled so good. I didn’t know I needed this so much. Cute car as well. Will definitely hire again!

I’m a very busy lady! I love a clean home but after work I don’t always have the energy or time to do the detailed stuff, just a little tidying up here and there. That’s where Jennifer and Yanise (team #34) come in to save the day. The feeling of arriving home to a spic and span place is so refreshing for me mentally and physically. We purchased a new home that needed to be deep cleaned before move in, Molly Maid was super accommodating and were able to send a crew out quickly to do so. Araceli and Claudia showed up on time and got to work swiftly to make sure the house was left spotless. Grateful for all their hard work!

team 3: josefina alvarado and jennifer santana did a great job cleaning my house. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made my home feel so fresh and clean. It’s always nice when people take pride in their work, and you could really tell they cared about doing a good job. Highly recommend this team — I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Josefina and Reina (Team 3?) Consistently do an amazing job. They are diligent and thorough and not only that, they have helped me become a more organized person. They have created solutions in my home for my clutter that work great for my household. If you are on the fence do not hesitate to book them. I’ve tried several different services, and this is the best by far!

Leticia and Sonia do such a wonderful job! This is our 4th clean or so and we are amazed by their professionalism and consistency. We’ve had so many cleaners that we’ve had to let loose after the first or second clean but so happy we finally found a team that aligns with what we’re looking for! Ladies came in and did an AMAZING JOB on every room inside the house! My refrigerators never looked so clean and they sparkled like I had just purchased them. I am on a two week schedule so I will see them again and soon!

Molly Maids does not do a thorough job cleaning at all. They don’t move items on surfaces to dust underneath. They don’t clean anything higher than 5 feet. Our ceiling fans, top shelf, and kitchen cabinets were consistently not cleaned. I have had to have them return to finish the job. The last time they came to clean they stayed less than an hour and did not clean the floors. After 4 sessions we decided it discontinue service and then were charged $100. I do not recommend this service at all.

Angela and Aldelia were simply awesome. They took the time to go above and beyond in between crevices to ensure we could move into a clean new home. Will certainly use again.

Update :
The day after my cleaning was completed, I asked Molly Maid to not charge me the extra $100 required if I canceled future cleanings, since as explained in review I was not comfortable having them in my home for future visits. They refused, so I initiated a charge back on my credit card. Unbelievably, the company challenged the charge back, which is why I assume they chose now to respond to my review. What a horrible way to do business.

Horrible experience. Started when I called day before to inquire about processs for leaving a key for the crew to gain access, my call was never returned. Crew #30 arrived later than was expected, and did an overall very subpar job. They require you have a “deep clean” as initial clean (I realize not unusual) but for almost $600 I expected much better. There were grimy spots left on wood floors, smudges on appliances, and coffee maker not emptied/cleaned. Pretty basic stuff.
That was not even the worst of it however - the crew was packing up and left our front door wide open, allowing our indoor cat to escape. We spect the next 5 hours into the dark night searching for him and thankfully did find him. Such careless behavior!
Of course Molly Maids offered to come to re-clean, but I’ll never have them in my home again.

The service are kinda pricey but they did a great job. For just an idea- a 777 sq unit apartment for just the kitchen and bathroom it was 182$ for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I want to recommend and recognized Yurima and Mayra. They did the job quick and left it spotless.However they where great!

Update: After receiving a quick response from Molly Maid. I understand that the ladies are getting the correct amount of wages. I was not aware about all the different cost that are included on the price. I still think is pricey for my budget. However I like how the ladies worked and I would love to request them again. I hope they are treated fairly because they where great! Thank yall for the breakdown. This is my first time requesting this services but now I am aware about the details regarding this services.

Team 37 - Sonia & Neyci were very professional, friendly, and completed a very good cleaning. They also want you to check that everything is to your liking before leaving, which adds a personal touch of professionalism. They always do a great job!

We had Molly Maid come for the first time for an initial deep clean and we were so impressed. Great attention to detail and they left the place feeling totally refreshed. Aide was super responsive and provided a lot of information before we signed up and scheduled. They were also available within a couple of days, which was great. We will definitely use them going forward.
