The maids who came to clean my house in preparation for sale did an excellent job. They were on-time, quick, and thorough. I would absolutely use Two Maids again for another cleaning project.

The cleaning ladies did a great job! I am super happy with their service! They went above and beyond what I expected!

The maids came in and got to work. They went through every room, wiped every service, taking care to move items so they got underneath. Vacuumed/swept & mopped then moved on to the next. When they finished upstairs, they went through each room again making sure nothing was overlooked then came downstairs and went to work. They transformed our 4K sqft home in less than 3 hours. Three of our six children are “Virtual Learning” at home, the other three still take napes throughout the day. The ladies we cognizant of the kids and worked very quietly when they could help it. We definitely will continue using Two Maids and a Mop!

Team is always friendly, courteous, and efficient on each visit. Additionally, they have been very responsive to feedback and requests to focus in on a particular area or less on another. They always remember specific preferences that we have, and always leave our belongings/decorations the same way they found them. This is the second city I’ve used Two Maids & A Mop - have been equally impressed with both.

Trey was very responsive to our needs, the cleaning crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. The owner even came back to check that we were happy with the service. Great customer service, I will use them again.

I searched all around for a company to help keep things together. I'm so glad I found them! The team that cleaned was professional and courteous but what really stood out was the customer service. We had a great experience with Two Maids & A Mop. We are the family with 3 teenage kids, 3 different practices after school and three different games on the weekend. The feeling we got coming back to the house after our cleaning far exceeds 5 stars. Will definitely be giving them more calls!

Not only did the team who performed my cleaning arrive in the first half of the estimated arrival window (it’s nice not having to wait forever), but they did an impeccable job at both cleaning and, more importantly, making sure none of my animals got out when they were bringing supplies in or out, which is always a major concern of mine when having any kind of work done.

Reserved Two maids and a Mop for my home bc I was having new guests moving in. Unfortunately we had a winter storm (which is rare in Houston) and they were very understanding. Once they arrived they were prompt. They did an awesome job with the deep cleaning and made sure we were happy before they left. Thank you for all you did

It was ok, I receive a bi-weekly services. They did not clean the end table last time they were at my home. I know because there were ashes from an incense and it was still there when they left also the kitchen cabinets eye lever areas that I feel could and should be cleaned are not. This last time the ottoman was not moved and swept and mopped. I don’t expect the furniture to be moved every cleaning however the ottoman is in front of the love seat and I feel it should be moved. I really do expect more for what pay. I have used other maid service that were better.

Trey was very responsive and the ladies were punctual which was one of the main reasons we had to let our previous maid go. The cleaning was great and they were in and out! I will definitely be a repeat client not only for my place of residence but for my business.

I was in desperate need of someone to clean a 91 year olds home. I had already been turned down by a couple of companies but when I called Two Maids I spoke to the owner of the company and he was more than glad to come by and see if he thought they could clean this dirty house. He came over shortly and agreed to clean it. He showed up the next day with 2 helpers and they did a great job cleaning. I was very impressed by the owners response and quick action to get the place clean. I strongly recommend this company.

I would not recommend because of two reasons the length of time it took and for the price. I have had one person do what was done and more like assist with the wash and clean the refrigerator inside and paid half the cost the dishes were already done and not put away towels that were used to clean were left in my sons room and his things were not organized they just cleaned around it. It was not all bad the ladies were kind and professional the did an excellent job on the floors, windows and bathrooms and if they missed something like wiping down my nightstands they did it with still a pleasant attitude I guess I’m used to having my own personal housekeeper that has a personal touch that takes care of us like family and does a lot quickly for a much better price. I do appreciate them for coming tough on short notice but I did a lot beforehand to prepare for them to clean and some after it was just not what I’m used to unfortunately I still tipped the ladies work 6 hrs with that being said it wasn’t worth $500
