I’m pretty shocked at the reviews and my experience in comparison. Perhaps I have different standards of what clean is but I think the issues I had were just carelessness. I paid for the introductory services which is a “deep clean” and includes more than the typical monthly cleanings yet I didn’t even get things that were promised in a standard clean - the microwave wasn’t opened or cleaned, the kitchen appliances were full of smudges and the hood above my stove was untouched, my couch wasn’t touched or fluffed or anything, every shower head in my bathrooms had not been touched at all and still had built up calcium (I even had to ask them to go back upstairs to do them and they still couldn’t actually clean them properly…), there was dust and dirt in my office still on the floors, all of the trim still had every smudge that took me 2 seconds to wipe off with a magic eraser after they left. I didn’t ask much for $400 and they couldn’t even do the basics right. No sheet changes either and the beds looked like a 5-year old made them. This was a pathetic excuse for a standard cleaning and yet I paid double for the “deep clean.” This company is a joke and Trey promised to offer me a discount the next time around when I gave them a chance to make it right and instead ghosted me and my text messages. Avoid this place and save your money.

UPDATE: The offer that Trey is mentioning is an offer to come back the same week and redo the areas they messed up and missed the first time. I’m an attorney and I don’t have time for two cleaning appointments in one week so I said no. I took him up on a follow-up appointment a few weeks later that he offered to do at half price, not even a courtesy offer and I was going to pay for it. I followed up several times and never got a reply.

I hired Two Maids & a Mop for a move out cleaning on my mother-in-law's house. Trey, the owner, was amazingly conscientious and followed up on every detail to be sure that the cleaning would enhance her sale. The cleaning crew did a superb job, particularly on an old shower with stained tile. The house sparkled when they were finished and we got an offer the day after they finished!

I really like Tray the coordinater, Intelligent, professional and compassionate because the first day I missed the cleaning ladies. He was able to bring in a crew that day. He is so understanding of what kind of cleaner you really want with good ethics provided. From the first contact with Two maids & a mop every thing went well. He worked with my business set up. I’m fortunate to have slid right into a very good maid service..

Trey and his team are wonderful to work with. From the moment I requested a quote to the end of the clean the entire staff was professional. I had a deep clean done and they did an amazing job and great exceeded my expectations. We will definitely use them again in the future. This is by far the best cleaning service I have used in Houston.

Our family had a fantastic experience working with Trey and his team. They were reliable, on time, thorough, and charged very reasonably. More impressive, there were some stains in the kitchen and bathroom - that I was unable to clean out - that these cleaners were able to do. Trey, not sure what you do during your spare time, but how about you teach one of my business seminars on customer service?

Mary and Jeni have have been cleaning my home for the last 2 months and they are excellent. I told them things I wanted to see and they made it happen. I would recommend them to anyone and for me to trust you in my home is big for me but they do there job and leave and barley talk . I like a business that knows there assignment. They will be with me as long as they want me . Good job Ladies and keep up the good work

You won't go wrong hiring this cleaning company! Trey's professionalism and thorough explanation of the service I would receive made me feel I was making the right choice. They sent me a reminder the day before and arrived in the time frame that they said they would be there. They did everything that was described in the service and made sure I was happy before leaving. I even received a follow text asking me for my feedback and making sure I was completely satisfied, which I was. Pricing is very reasonable for everything that was included in my cleaning and the service was terrific. They did such a great job I hired them for my regular service which I have not been disappointed!

After my previous experience and review (one star), Trey contacted me immediately and he really went above and beyond to make me satisfied and happy. I was very pleased with the communication and services that were done. Now, I am very satisfied and can say my house is very clean and that the money was worth it. Thanks a lot Trey for the professional after-sale-service experience.

Not satisfied. I re-vacuumed the whole apartment and emptied 2.5 buckets! All bathroom surface are still dirty, none were mobbed. Even though I told them them to redo the bathrooms. Very sad experience unfortunately.

Trey with Two Maids and a Mop is truly an incredible person. I haven’t used a maid for years. Had a theft experience years ago with a lady from our former community. I was ready to try this again! I hired the service first for my daughter and her fiancé. They needed extra help so they had ample time with their children. They were completely happy so I decided I was going to jump back into having a maid in our lives. Best decision ever!!! Spotless isn’t adequate enough to explain their cleaning. Our house is immaculately spotless thanks to Trey and his employees. Trey not only oversaw the crew but helped out as needed and made sure we were happy with everything. The housekeepers arrived within the first hour of the confirmed window and got started right away after a brief overview of what I wanted done. It took them 4.5 hours and everything is spotless! The price I was quoted was lower than competitors and included more services in the deep clean. Definitely will be calling on Two Maids in the future!

After looking at different cleaning services in the area, I'm so happy I went with Two Maids & A Mop! The owner, Trey, was super friendly and accommodating considering how tight my schedule was for the cleaning. The two women that came to clean were polite and professional and they did a fantastic job cleaning the apartment. It looked like new again! Would absolutely recommend.

Trey and his team are amazing!! I am blown away by the work they did on my house for a very fair price. Kudos to Maria, my cleaning lady! She’s definitely brought my hardwood floors back to life!

Also I want to add that Trey’s a delight to work with. I had tons of questions prior to booking but never once did he sound impatient. He took his time to explain the process and even stopped by the house to make sure that the quote he gave me would be accurate. I am very pleased with the service provided and would definitely book them again for any future need!!

I am very pleased with the move out cleaning of my apartment provided by Two Maids. They did a thorough job and the maids communication was very effective. The apartment manager even complimented how well cleaned the apartment was when I turned in my keys.

I paid $200 for cleaning services! Let’s say when I got home, the house was not clean like I was expecting it to be! They didn’t do the room upstairs nor did the mop upstairs! They didn’t even mop or sweep my room! I paid for something that I am not happy with! Why is it when I walk in, my kitchen and living room was wet but not my room nor the bathroom. They tried to say one of the rooms was locked and it was not locked! Trash behind my couch and table! They moped my room but yet I have clothes on the floor in my room! How did you mop! Paid 200 for what type of service!
