We’ve used Molly maids for quite some time now for every other week cleans and while I am thankful for what they do the only time I felt they have truly cleaned everything was the initial clean. Every time since there have been things left uncleaned. Like hair and product on the tub shower walls. I’ve had to ask while they are there to take care of it because they look it over and I’ve made it a point to ask the coordinators who call and give notice to ask them and the tub walls are still left uncleaned. They also don’t seem to mop the bathroom floors thoroughly. There have been more than one occasion where I’ve had to go back and clean after them. Some of the teams will clean in the laundry area but most do not. And I can’t remember the last time they dusted the ceiling fans. So I’m thankful for what they actually do clean but I wish that they cleaned more thoroughly and consistently. I see all these five star reviews where people say their place was left spotless and I wish that were my experience too.
EDIT: Changed from three stars to five stars because they sent out a supervisor to the next clean and the clean was fantastic. Since, the teams sent out have been cleaning much more thoroughly. Now just hoping the teams continue this.

Great customer service. I love that they personally came to assess the space and gave clear explanations on how everything would be handled on their end. Our initial cleaning was fabulous! Can’t wait to continue to use them.

Team 3 Josefina Alvarado & Jennifer Santana were polite, courteous, and very professional. They took they’re time cleaning every part of the house and focused on the areas I wanted due to my dogs. Thank you for the attention to detail and hard work. We were happy with the service.

Came back from a long trip and got a much needed one-time cleaning. Very thorough (they even did my dishes which I didn’t expect) and convenient, I just moved into different rooms as they cleaned. Took 3 hours for my 3-level townhouse. Also didn’t leave a strong smell of cleaner which can give me headaches so I appreciated that. Special shout out to Team 11- Araceli and Claudia for their great work!

Team 10 does an amazing job! They are very thorough and always great with our dog! Love having a clean house and highly recommend!

Monica and Yaruannis on route 8 are awesome. I have been using this company for over a year now and I definitely recommend them to everyone. The services they provide really help me out with my schedule and the consistency of their services has been needed. I’ve been so impressed with this maid service! Team #18 cleaned our house this week (Leisy and Nayci). Every visit, the team is thorough, efficient, and consistently professional. I've been a client for over a year now, these people are wonderful and through. This week Yuoiura and Deocuice team number 17 went above and beyond. We have a clean place so making it appear cleaner is tough, but they did it. I do biweekly cleans and I'm never disappointed, I'm usually asleep or not home when they come. I trust them.

I've used other services before and as the weeks progress so do the standards, not at Molly Maid they consistently go above and beyond with their rotating clean this area calendar. Appreciate the help and service! Give the ladies kudos they are long overdue!!

We hired Molly Maids for a move out clean. We made the reservation online and it was simple. Being short notice (the same week) we were surprised and grateful they had openings!) Jennifer and Yanis (Team #34) did an amazing job and even did a walk through with us afterwards to make sure we were happy with their work. Would recommend to anyone in need of having their home clean!

I’ve used various maids over the years and they usually charge more to do a first time deep clean, but no one has ever done a deep clean as good as Molly Maids. They cleaned around my shower door better than the 2 people I paid specifically to clean my shower, they cleaned in the track of the sliding doors, cleaned my coffee machine and dog’s bed, cleaned every single surface and more. Over the next few days after the clean, I was noticing more and more of what my prior housekeepers never cleaned. Definitely worth spending a little more for quality service by people that know what they’re doing.

Team 3, Katia and Josefina did an amazing job cleaning my home today. Very meticulous about their work and lovely all around. Highly recommend.

Team 12 (Zoila and Blanca) cleaned my house this week and they did a fantastic job. They are not my “regular” team but I would love to have them clean my house each time! They arrived on time, worked efficiently and asked appropriate questions. They were also very careful with my cats, which was important to me. Thank you so much Zoila and Blanca!

Josefina Alvarado and Jennifer Santana team three were amazing. Unfortunately, I had to stay home but they were totally able to work around me. They were open to feedback and they went above and beyond to which my house smells clean and they were so efficient and timely, which they got done with a quick speed. I appreciated their kindness. They’re thoroughness as well as their effectiveness, especially for a busy person like me with a busy schedule I appreciate when things get done thoroughly but also efficiently.

Jennifer, Yanise, and Astrid did a great job on a deep clean that we got to prepare a house for sale. They paid attention to detail and had the place sparkling. Shout out especially on the work they did cleaning the cabinets and drawers, as the house has a ton! I am very happy with the result!
