The process of selecting and scheduling Westpaq cleaning solutions was relatively easy. Richard was our contact representative. He was extremely instrumental in setting up our services! He was eager to insure our service was pleasurable and that all our needs were met!! The Westpaq technicians arrived as sceduled. They introduced themselves and began work immediately.They were cordial and proffesional! They worked diligently with cleaning to insure our expecitations were met! Our expectations were met and the entire process was truly a pleasurable experience!!

Excellent service. Trustworthy. Thorough with dusting rooms and furniture. Used them for regular cleaning & deep cleaning before I moved into my new place. They did a great job and made moving in a lot easier since I didn’t have to worry about the cleaning.

Feel free to use this - We use this cleaning company for make ready house cleaning at our various completed construction projects. They are always reliable and easy to deal with from the bid process to the final payment. Steven, the account manager typically returns our phone calls or emails within the hour. They have recently been awarded the contract to do the office cleaning at our headquarters and we are receiving the same great service.

We continue to use and refer this company to anybody that is looking for janitorial services

Making an appointment was a cinch. I contacted them on Saturday and they already came today. It's only Monday!

A professional, sweet crew of two showed up promptly. They worked thoroughly and fast, with friendly energy throughout their entire visit. The end results were nothing short of absolute shimmer and shine. I am pleased to the moon and back, and this is saying a lot as I consider myself to be very detail-oriented and a perfectionist.

After the crew (Kika and Casey) left, there was no dust in sight.

I will definitely be calling Westpaq Cleaning Solutions whenever I need my office and house cleaned and I will be referring them to others, like crazy!

Called them because of the positive YELP reviews. They were able to come the same day, right on time. Very professional and my carpets look like new. Planning on having them return to buff my hardwoods and clean windows

The cleaning team arrived on time ready to work immediately. They were self starters that didn't need to be micro managed.
I had booked a deep clean with fridge and oven. When I mentioned 3 celling fans they cleaned them too without adding amother itemized charge.
I'm an accountant and since there were two people working from 2 to 6:30 I feel like I got 8 man hours rather than only 7 as Amazon had estimated.
I'll use them again and would recommend them to family and friends. Even my dogs liked the team and they were very accommodating of the dogs.

They did a fantastic job on my move out cleaning service! They overly exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I wish I could take them with me! Thank you both!

Update: Not sure what Richard is talking about in his reply. I did not receive calls, texts, etc. Lies.

Scheduled a deep cleaning using Amazon Services that was to last 7 hours, however he was “finished” in 5.5.

The guy did not pay any attention to detail and only cleaned items that were visible. He failed to clean the shower (one corner was completely untouched), around the tub, soap scum on the sinks, mirrors, and glass in the master bathroom. I had to show him these items so he could redo it.

He did not clean the microwave, behind the appliances on the countertops, and (dust) light fixtures in the kitchen. Whatever cleaning solution he used for the stainless steel and the windows left residue that I had to go back and clean.

He had to be told to vacuum the couch. He didn’t dust off the window sills.

He had to redo the laundry room.

He did not clean the dust under the bed in the master bedroom.

Whatever cleaning solution he used has left yellow stains on all of the toilette seats that I have to get out with bleach. He left smudges and steaks on the wood furniture.

He did not clean the stair railing.

I am actually confused as to what he was doing in our home for 5.5 hours.

I am also wondering why others have given such high marks, but he clearly had not respect for our home.

But the icing on the cake is that he broke the door on our $1800 oven and denied it. So we had to file a claim with Amazon.

I have pictures and videos to back all of this up.

If I could give them no stars, I would.

We hired this office cleaning company to handle the make ready services once construction was finished on our office building. We were so impressed with their staff, from front office to the janitorial teams, that we decided to award them the contract for regular cleaning services.

6 months later, we are completely satisfied with their work. Some of our staff have also hired them to handle their house cleaning. Highly recommend this company.

We have used this cleaning service for months! They are excellent! Everyone who has cleaned has been professional. They are on time and do great work. The woman cleaning right now is willing to work around my work and children's schedule. I definitely recommend without any hesitations.

The people who do our home cleaning service recommended this cleaning company to us. We had a janitorial team cancel on us last minute! We scrambled to find another team to come out last minute and couldn't find one. They were able to come out next afternoon and help with our emergency. So glad we chose them, our office was promptly cleaned and all was back to normal. We are using them on a weekly basis now and we are very pleased with thier work.

Westpaq cleaning did a great job with our home! We were bringing home a baby from the hospital and needed the home to be clean and sanitized. Westpaq did not disappoint! They went out of their way to clean our home and went the extra mile by staying for longer than we paid for through Amazon services. We were so happy that we just booked them for a repeat clean. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Two gentlemen came out and did such a fantastic job cleaning my office, the carpets , chandelier and sofas. They were so hard working and dedicated. Arrived right on time and worked fast/efficiently. Highly recommended!!

Prior to speaking with Richard I had hired another company to clean my house. While they did a decent job and were in and out in about an hour ( they had a crew of six ) they were slightly overpriced and didn't do a great job with the details. It was like fast food for cleaning. Because of this, I decided to look on Yelp to find reviews. Well, this company had issues with theft so needless to say I mooved on. The reason I bring this up is because Richard put my mind at ease and proved to be a very trustworthy person. Not only does he have good pricing but he pays attention to the details. But of all the positive things I can say, the most important to me is that I know that if I leave my house while his crew is there, it is in good and trustworthy hands.

Polite, prompt, and professional service. I've hired two other cleaning companies (found on yelp) and the third one seems like a charm! It was a simple process to schedule and set-up payment. They were pleasant to deal with on the phone and in email. On top of it, the cleaner showed-up on schedule and did outstanding work. I'm so happy to have found these guys. What a relief!

This is an amazing cleaning company. I've have used their services twice, first one was for moving out cleaning and second was for a moved in post-construction deep clean. The second cleaning was a big job because the house was filthy with dust and debris everywhere. The two ladies arrived 15 minutes before appointment time and started working diligently. They cleaned and wiped down all surfaces, walls, appliances, outlet covers, trash can, toilet...everything. I can finally walk around barefoot in my house after they finished. They did an excellent job and I will definitely use their service again.
