They completed the work well, and the costs are very fair. A half hour before they arrive at my house, they call to let me know they are on their way, and they even take the time to confirm my appointment. Despite requiring much maintenance, the carpets and sofas in my 4 rooms today seem immaculate. With the service, I am really happy. The cleaning ladies are kind and professional.

I called Cleanzen Houston yesterday afternoon and spoke with customer service. I needed a cleaning for my apartment before moving out, and I needed it done the next day. She managed to fit me in for 10 a.m. this morning. Right on time, Ruby knocked on my door, fully equipped with her own supplies. She spent about an hour and a half cleaning, and she did a good job as I checked her work.
