I’ve been using Cleanzen for my rental property for several months, and their service has been exceptional. I hired other cleaning company before but I didnt like the sub team since my preferred team is no longer with them so I moved to hiring Cleanzen since my friend is hiring them. And I tried cleanzen and their teams know how to handle my requests. The team is always thorough and friendly, and they do a remarkable job on everything from the rooms to appliances.

Cleanzen did a great job cleaning my home. The team was punctual, friendly, and left my space spotless. I’m so pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service.

I've had an amazing experience with Cleanzen Cleaning Services, and I can't believe I hadn't tried a cleaning service sooner. The team came in and cleaned my place quickly and professionally, leaving it spotless. Even those stubborn shower spots I've always struggled with were gone. They went above and beyond by taking out the garbage without me even asking and knew exactly where to put it. I'm genuinely grateful!

I moved into a nice condo but I still want to do a deep clean. I hired Cleanzen Services to do a thorough cleaning, including all the appliances. The team that showed up did a fantastic job. The place now feels like new and smells fresh. I'm very happy with the service.

They do not train or vet their employees, so they have no idea who they're sending to your home so, it's a dice roll whether or not the people they send have good intentions. Those that they "hire" are independent contractors who have to provide their own equipment, take care of their own taxes, communicate with the clients, and have a means of transportation and the company takes 50%

Beware when you use their services and do NOT work for them. You'll bust your butt for 5-6 hours then get $50-80 to show for it. Asinine.

I hired Cleanzen expecting a professional cleaning service. What I got was a complete joke. Not only was my home left visibly dirty—with dust, hair, and grime still on the baseboards, bathroom floor, and furniture—but the cleaner didn’t even bother to vacuum the rugs or couch. She left her dirty paper towels in the trash can without replacing the bag. That alone tells you the level of care put into the job.

When I reached out to express my concerns, instead of owning the mistakes, the company made excuses—claiming the cleaner was recovering from surgery. If someone is physically unable to do the job, they should not be sent into clients’ homes. Period.

Their idea of a resolution? A 15% refund and the option to send the same cleaner back. At that point, I didn’t feel safe or respected as a customer. They even admitted in writing that areas were missed—yet refused to offer a full refund.

Cleanzen’s service was unprofessional, careless, and handled with zero accountability. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank and will never use or recommend this company again. Save yourself the money and frustration.

Was nervous letting people clean my place while I wasn’t home but they updated me the whole time. Came back to a clean apartment and nothing missing or moved weird. Totally trust professional cleaners from Cleanzen 👍

If possible, I would only give them zero star. Jessica’s team came to clean my property and they didn’t even mop the floor or vacuum the carpet. The dirty spots on the floor like the pictures below are everywhere. The oven still looks terrible. The dirt on the carpet can be picked up by hand. And they damaged part of the floor. All the pictures are taken AFTER they cleaned the house… And after I sent those pictures to them. They basically replied saying that’s the best they can do. They can’t clean the stains on floor, carpet. They said those requires professional cleaning. All kinds of excuses. Those stains can definitely be cleaned with regular steam mop, 50 bucks from Walmart. And I saw the cleaning team brought one with them. If I knew this is how they do deep cleaning, I would not hire them! I am posting this review just to let everyone know their standards on cleaning the house. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

This was our first time using Cleanzen Cleaning Services, and it definitely won’t be the last. Team did a brilliant job cleaning the house, especially our furniture and rooms. Such a thorough and professional service highly recommend.

Booked this team and wow, total game changer. They helped us sort, organize, and clean an old home office space in a way that actually made sense not just shoving things into storage. They handled fragile items carefully and were super patient while we decided what to keep or toss. The office finally feels peaceful and usable again instead of overwhelming. Huge weight off our shoulders honestly. Didn’t expect organizing to feel this life changing lol but here we are. Highly recommend!

I would like to give props where it is due! Marianne my cleaner did an astounding job. She wasn't quick, she wasn't slow. She worked efficiently. Incredibly grteful i got to try this service and I'm sure when I need help i will book them again! I hope I can request to get the same cleaner too! Seeing the aftermath of the cleaning was definitely a treat!

After the cleaners came by and did their magic, my 1 BR apartment came out spotless! I was not present at the apartment when they arrived, but was able to catch them before they finished. They gave me a walkthrough of their work which I appreciated very much! I saw the difference of the before and after like how clean my carpet is now and so are my counters and walls! Will definitely be using this company again.

My roommate and I scheduled a clean last week. Our lovely cleaners arrived on time, and did a wonderful job. They used eco-friendly cleaning materials and did not cut corners or skip spots that are harder to clean because of grime build up. The kitchen was SPOTLESS, and the pantry looked so organized! They really went all out. 10/10, we will be using this service again!

I scheduled a deep clean for my rented apartment and the cleaners who came did an amazing job. Some of the stains that I used to try to remove myself but I couldn't were finally removed! They really know what they were doing! They came in and took them right out. That was a relief because I'm only renting. Now, my apartment feels fresh and brand new again. They really went above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend them enough! A very quick and efficient cleaning!

My family and I have tried a number of independent cleaners. Some where good, some less so. But when we finally tried this after a relative's recommendation, we were beyond satsfied! From floors to baseboards, to counters, to walls, to other surfaces. All were cleaned, dusted, wiped, the works! What they delivered were both excellent work and professionalism. But they were also so so so friendly. Extremely pleasant to work with. So far, they are the best housekeeping services our family has had the pleasure to work with!
