My aunt’s house had been unoccupied since the pandemic/lockdown, and when we recently went back, we tried cleaning it ourselves. However, we struggled to organize decades’ worth of photo albums and antique collections. We were so relieved to find organizing services online and decided to hire them. In just a few hours, the house went from cluttered chaos to calm and organized. They really helped us declutter and create more space throughout the home. Huge thanks Cleanzen!

I run a small online shop from home and let’s just say.packaging supplies inventory daily mess.chaos I finally booked Cleanzen to help me reset the space and omg why did I wait this long? They didn’t just clean around the mess, they actually helped make the whole area feel organized and manageable again. Shelves wiped, floors spotless, work area actually usable .The team was super respectful of my setup and asked before moving anything which I appreciated. Now working from home feels less stressful and more productive. Lowkey boosted my motivation too lol. Solid service.

They did an excellent deep clean on my 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The team was detailed yet efficient, and the results truly refreshed the entire space. It feels almost brand new again. I’d definitely suggest them to anyone in need of a dependable cleaning service around Houston. Can't wait to have them back!

I decided to try a cleaning service for the first time and chose Naturalcare based on their reviews. I could tell from reading the reviews and owner responses that the company is attentive and responsive to customer concerns. Angelly, Cody and Deondre arrived on time, were professional, polite, and worked efficiently and easily together for the deep clean service I chose. They listened carefully to my requests and were very considerate and respectful of my home. They accepted feedback so professionally and worked hard to ensure I was satisfied. My home is sparkling clean, and the air even seems fresher. I’m so glad I added on some extra services like baseboards, oven and fridge. What a great job this young trio did. They were a pleasure to have in my home and I’ll be signing up for their company’s recurring cleaning service.

Amy from Natural Care Home Cleaning did an incredible job on my apartment. Everything was spotless, detailed, and done with so much care. I really appreciated that she used non-toxic, gentle products—there was no harsh smell, just a fresh and clean space. She was thorough, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be using this service again and would love to have Amy return next time.

Jonathan did a fantastic job on the deep clean of my one bedroom apartment this morning. He paid great attention to detail and followed through on answering any questions I had about the technique or coverage for the service he was performing. Toni stopped by once he was done and she also touched up a couple spots during her review. I love the attention to detail Naturalcare pays to their cleaning services and they certainly go above and beyond!

Keisha did the maintenance clean up two weeks later and a great job !

We recently had our newborn in late January and natural care cleaners have been amazing since we’ve been having them clean our home after our new arrival! Maxine did our most recent cleaning and she made sure to ask us if there was anything she may have missed while she was here and was very sweet to our cats. Our home looked amazing when she was done.

Trinity and Harley were awesome and efficient, they were able to get my home feeling cozy again!

I spent 441 dollars on a “deep clean” for my apartment. What I received was not even up to par for the most basic cleaning package I could have bought.

The floors were left incredibly dirty. There were old footprints, balls of hair and dust, and dirt left everywhere. See the pictures of my brand new sock after walking on the “deep cleaned” floors.

Bathrooms were grimy, and the floors were not even mopped. Tubs and sink covered in soap scum.

None of the light fixtures in the home were even touched.

We paid extra for the “inside fridge, oven, and window” deal. Oven was not cleaned thoroughly and windowsill was untouched. Window locks were sooo dusty.

None of the furniture surfaces (dining room table, tv stand, dressers) were wiped down.

What a waste of money. I spent more time taking the pictures and typing up an email to the company than I saved for the amount of time I would have spent doing the cleaning that this crew did.

I've used Naturalcare a couple times - once for a couple months after my first child was born, and then I recently hired them again, after my second child was born. They always do a great job, and if there's ever any discrepancies about work, I've had no problem getting ahold of someone to discuss it and find a solution.

I would say my top two people who have worked on my house are Claudia and Mai. Claudia left some dog biscuits for my old dog, who just sits in the front room while she cleans, and then Mai always leaves some stickers, which my toddler son always adores!

Michele and Garret did such an amazing job....the eye for detail was incredible! My house has never been cleaner!

Blanca did a great job cleaning our place and even thoughtfully gave our dog a cookie! Looking forward to having her again!

Harley and Maladrian did a fantastic job!! Their cleaning helped make my moving process so much easier!!!
