Utilized the services for a move in of a home and a move out of a home on different days. The main office was exceptional in setting everything up for us and were so accommodating . This was a very last minute decision to hire a cleaning service and they did everything to accommodate our quick turnaround . The cleaning team were gracious and very thorough . Even double checked with us before they left to make sure we were happy with the results before we paid them . If I could give 10 stars, I would !

I've been using Amazon Cleaning for about a decade and obviously am very happy with their services. I've had a few crews over the years and they have been great. The customer service is wonderful and if ever I need to reschedule or discuss a change, they have always gone above and beyond. Super responsive!

We had our first cleaning with Amazon Cleaning and it was amazing!! Our house has never looked so good! The crew was efficient and professional and so friendly. After trying a few different cleaning services I’m so glad to have finally found one that actually cleans. I’m very glad we signed up with them and will be having regular service going forward!

Amazon Cleaning has a great customer service team and can be flexible if we ever need to change a service, something we really appreciate. We also appreciate their professionalism as individuals and as a company. They definitely aren't the cheapest, so price is my biggest compliant. However, they do a great job and have high quality work. I would definitely recommend them!

We have had monthly cleanings from Amazon Cleaning for a full year now and don't plan to change that anytime soon - they are definitely in our can't-do-without budget. Our team is always prompt, kind, and thorough. They were flexible when we added a new area of the house to clean a few months ago. The team is always considerate of our pets and when I'm working at home during the cleaning. I'm always able to relax more and breathe a little deeper after they've finished. Thank you!

The three ladies that came to clean did an awesome job! They were efficient and super detailed. They were also in and out quickly. I am super pleased. I will definitely be using Amazon Maids again.

They did a move-out clean for me in a 3Bed 2Bath 2,000 sqft house and they did such an excellent job. I was worried since their price point is noticeably lower than others in the area but after this experience I may hire them to come out every few weeks at my new place.

We found their services by a simple Google search and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the clean for the price. We had given up on our toddler’s high chair ever being remotely clean again and they managed to get it practically spotless! Definitely planning to use their services more frequently.

Thanks to Google Reviews I found Amazon Maids and I couldn’t be happier! We have probably all been there, we hired a cleaner only for it to not work out but you are already committed and can’t end the relationship. This is not that! It started with a visit and review of the home, wishes, and all of it documented. You knew what you were getting, they know how you prefer your cleanings, and you sign an agreement for this, it’s not a contract you’re stuck in, just expectations and wishes. It’s affordable too, comparable to the market price and you get amazing work! Baseboards and blinds aren’t extra either! I slept like a baby with the comfort of knowing my house was so clean and cared for. I’m giddy, thank you SO SO much. We have our time back!

I hired this company for a deep cleaning of my home, which cost nearly $500. Three women came for the job, one of whom did not speak English, but another translated for her, which I was fine with. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the cleaning.

Upon inspection, I noticed smudges on the countertops and fridge doors, dirt on the floor, and grime on the exterior of the kitchen cabinets. While I was initially willing to do a quick touch-up myself, the next morning, I noticed additional issues: fingerprints on the TV, stains on the sink that could have been easily removed with a basic cleaner, and dirty window baseboards—even though I paid extra for the windows to be cleaned.

The most frustrating part was that they walked through the house with dirty outdoor shoes, even after mopping the floors. As a result, there were visible shoe prints and smudges on the freshly cleaned floors.

The manager did offer to send the team back to address the missed spots, but I declined because I felt it would be futile. My main concern was the repeated issue of dirty shoes inside the house, which was unacceptable.

Update: the manager did call and worked with me to resolve this issue. So I have decided to give them one more try.

We had such a great experience with Houston Amazon Cleaners! They cleaned both our new home and the home we moved out of, and they did a fantastic job with both! We will definitely be using them again in the future with our home that we are leasing.

The excellent team showed up the same day—just under an hour after I called—and they really exceeded my expectations, considering the short notice. I would definitely give them 5 stars! I have used Houston Amazon Maids several times (3 or 4 times) over the past few months to perform move-in cleanings on rental properties that I manage. They are also able to fit me in quickly and arrive promptly at the time scheduled. They do a great job and always see that either the tenant or myself walk through the property before moving onto the next job. The team is always thorough and consistent which keeps me returning. I will continue to use their team for my rental cleanings going forward. Also, Lucy is easy to work with and pleasant to talk to. Overall, Houston Amazon Maids does a great job and I would recommend them to anyone needing recurring or one time cleanings!

My first time using the service was excellent! 3 person crew was in and out of my apartment within the span of just about 75 min, didnt skip a surface, and had a very kind demeanor! Definitely plan on using them the next time I need a full cleaning.

The whole experience was a pleasure from the initial contact, scheduling and through the deep clean. Three people showed up and they worked efficiently and effectively. They used non-toxic cleaning products.
I had a question but there was a language barrier. The housekeeper called the office and the question was answered without delay. Houston Amazon Maids is well organized.
It’s now six months later and we’re getting another deep clean!

Everything was wonderful. We wanted a deep clean before our baby was born but baby came early! The crew came early and they were so thorough cleaned the floors and bathrooms made everything look brand new. We are very pleased with the job done and will book again!
