Been a customer for a little over 6 months now. It has been the same cleaning crew every time, which is really nice. They are very friendly and quiet. Occasionally, I will request an area be cleaned extra thoroughly instead of another area I am less concerned about. Often, I return to find that they were able to be extra thorough where requested while still cleaning the lower-priority area. It gives the impression that they are not there to clean as fast as possible, but instead to clean as much as possible in the time allotted, which I really appreciate.

A small example of this was their most recent clean. I had just started the dryer with my bed sheets when the crew arrived. I told them not to worry about making the bed, as it was my fault for not having the sheets ready in time. I returned later to find that they had clearly checked the dryer at the end of the appointment, saw that they were ready, and went ahead and made the bed anyway. It is a small thing, but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised if many crews would have just left it (especially considering I had said not to worry about it!)

I’m so very happy to see these young ladies today. This is our 2nd home using their services and I can’t say enough about how thorough their services are. Additionally they’re always pleasant and professional. When they leave I always have a big smile. I highly recommend this company!

If you want to hear angels singing with joy get your house cleaned by Amazon Maids. They have been cleaning my home every other week for about 10 months and it has been incredible. They are detail oriented, always on time, and the nicest people. Thursdays are my favorite day of the week because I know how great my house will look when I get home. Albi and Rosalio are the best and care for my home like they would their own. If you truly want your house cleaned at a great price please call this company.

Basically:
- inadequate/insufficient cleaning supplies
- managed unprofessionally (unresponsive)
- unknowledgeable employees
- possible child labor issue? (I didn’t ask for ID)

I was told by ‘Kai’ that two people would come to clean my home. The person I made the appt with drove to my neighborhood at my appt time and said he was waiting on the two ladies to arrive. He wouldn’t actually drive to my house or let me see him - weird.

Then a non-English speaking woman pulls up with her child in the car... but I totally get it so I’m trying to stay cool! I’m thinking maybe someone else is also on the way. After all they didn’t have near enough supplies.

They motioned upstairs so I let them in and then watched her daughter mop my carpet 😐. She let the mop drip on my carpet so many times that I was able to record it. I also noticed they didn’t have any buckets for the mops??

I spoke to ‘Kai’ about the issue and he told me that the girl was just in training. He said I needed to leave and then come back because watching them clean would make things worse!?

Now he won’t answer the phone or return my money.

Purchased a groupon deal for $229 . Scheduling was easy. The team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. I've set up to have them come out once a month . Hopefully the service will continue to go well. I'll keep everyone posted.

He doesn't answer back anymore (guess some people don't appreciate tips) That's ok ..it wasn't that thorough of a job done anyways. I would always find 1/3 of my carpet or floor still dirty. But he should communicate -To send a halfway communication ..then just leave someone hanging is Unprofessional.

Best experience I have had. Prices were great, service exceptional. They did an amazing job on my daughters house!! I cant thank them enough!! I will definately use their service again!! Thank you!!!

2 women that spoke no English came. I had to tell them to clean a restroom. And refrigerator which they didnt clean and was included in my payment. She destroyed my stove hood. I called and reported it sent picture of damage. Said he'd call me back and didn't. Even tho i said i wanted regular visits just with different ppl to come out.

Very thorough cleaning. Excellent price. Excellent service. You won’t be disappointed. I don’t know what kind of cleaning chemicals they used but everything looked brand new and I’ve been living in this house 15 years. I am more than impressed.

Revive did excellent job in cleaning our apartment and after done it looked as good as new... thanks to Nikki and her husband ... we recommend them. Keep up the good work.

I would highly recommend that this company they were very professional and and on time. In In addition we called at the last minute on a weekend and the owner himself of the company made sure we got taken care of and did the job himself. customer service was outstanding not not to mention how great that was done. 5 stars all the way.

Nikki is absolutely fabulous. I was feeling overwhelmed with everything from the Winter Storm. Getting ready to move back in after renovation the job Nikki did was fantastic. Her attitude and work ethics are commendable. I would highly.revommend hiring them.

Found the company via the internet; everything was negotiated via messaging.....scheduled and payment were all effectuated via this conversation. Company pulled off the cleaning without our group even at the property. Professional and efficient. Sent pictures of the completed work.

Excellent service. Able to come on short notice. Arrived on time. The woman who cleaned our house was super friendly and professional. She did a very thorough job and was receptive when we asked her to touch up certain areas or do a couple extra thing.

I called to setup a Make Ready cleaning service. The lady on the phone was courteous and answered all my questions. The cleaning crew however does not do a good job at all. Beware when using this service they will need to come back out again to clean everything they missed the first time around. I wouldn't recommend service due to them not getting it right the first time. They offered to come back out and clean but having to make a 2nd appointment for something they should have done right the first time is unacceptable. The house was an easy clean but somehow they missed the mark.

I called them around 9.30 pm cause I needed to move in to the house ASAP . They came on time as promised and did a tremendous job whole house looked brand new.I had them clean the carpet also and i was glad i did. I recommend them 100%.

It is a dishonest person. The people that work in that job are the ones who clean those who work for them. One does his work so that these people do not pay for me and two other people are witnesses that these people abuse. One day we did not want to clean a house with 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room and everything that corresponds in a house. for the amount of $ 60 that because it was routine he told us to grab it but we returned his work material he insulted us that we were crazy, that he could not pay us more than he did not say that he paid more, when we had an emergency and we warned that We would miss that day. He left us without work for several days until he wanted to give us work. We gave him all his material he told us that the day of payment that is Friday paid us, we presented the day of payment he did not want to pay us that if we withdrew he was going to send us to arrest that if we were the policeman to accuse them or call any The office would not pay us, we talked to the main office in Dallas Texas and we did not receive any responses that were threatened. We are people who deserve respect, because they think that because we are immigrants. we are women abuse. until today this gentleman and company revive cleanig

Scam Alert!!

I booked service and they took my credit card number and said they would not charge it until service is performed. I ended up canceling the service. After I inquired, they emailed back to confirm that yes the refund was processed. However I never got the refund. I disputed it with my credit card company and they said the merchant claims he never said he would refund me.

I have the confirmation email from them in which they say the refund was processed. *Also, I'm within their refund policy that's posted on their website.* I did not book nor cancel last minute. I canceled FIVE DAYS before service. This is well within their cancellation policy. Even so, they would not refund me my money.

I'm currently still disputing it with my credit card company, but please be warned. This company scams people and is dishonest. Check current Yelp reviews for other people who say the same thing. There are a couple old reviews from years ago that are positive, but most of the recent ones are negative and also talk about them being a dishonest thieving company.
