I work a lot of rotating nights and often have schedule changes and Bella's was always accommodating to my last minute and would help cancel and rebook. The cleaning was VERY VERY good, and my place looked like museum afterwards. I will miss them, but I moved out of state

Update!!! They did reach out, and explained the answering service was the one who took my call. They were very kind and apologetic about everything… they did do a good job otherwise .If you read my reviews, you know I despise writing bad reviews, but this could not be helped. I scheduled a cleaning last week for a regular cleaning service, she was very polite, and scheduled me the next day which was fri between 12-2.....they did not show until 345....which is ok, but that is quite late on a fri. I am sure the ladies did not want to be working that late either. I mentioned when I scheduled, that my main concern was bathrooms, and kitchens. I also told her I clean my house regularly so it is not too behind on cleaning, and I scheduled three hours. I was out of town over the weekend, and came back to check out the work they had done. For the most part everything looked ok, I did notice the cook top was not as clean as I would have liked it, and this morning in the bathroom shower there was still soap scum by the corner of the shower door. I could have forgiven all that, if not for the broken glass I found in my sink under my dish rack. The scary thing is a piece was in our boiling kettle, which could have been really serious if my husband had not seen it. When I called to inform them of what happened, I mentioned that I know accidents happen, but no one told us, and I also told her about the cook top. I was honestly surprised that with the seriousness of where we found the glass, nothing was offered, not even to come back and redo the cook top.

Come home to find a sparkling clean house that makes me feel as happy and relaxed as I have the past few days. They did such an amazing job. Also it doesn't smell like harsh cleaning products or chemicals. Just like a lovely clean apartment. I would absolutely hire them again.

Was searching around for the best maid service and I finally found one! Bella's did an astounding job cleaning my 2br 2bth apartment. They told me that the first day will be the longest because well it is the first day and they do a very through deep clean. They made sure to call and tell us that it is taking longer than usual because they charge by hour, which I really appreciate that they try to finish within the hour. Well when they told me it is taking longer than expected I did not believe that my apartment was that dirty, but oh my.... When I walked in everything was PRESTINE. I could tell that they cleaned every crevice and corner. They did NOT miss a detail! They are so professional and they will call you to let you know that it will be over an hour, which to me is very professional. I am choosing them to be my bi-weekly maid service.

AMAZING! I called Bella's Neat Maid Service hoping for a next-day deep clean of our house. They sent two wonderful women who thoroughly and efficiently cleaned our house from top to bottom. No corner was left unattended. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again, for sure!

I appreciate that they came with short notice and the cleaners were nice, but they did not clean well. I had to re-clean the kitchen myself before unpacking to move into my new apartment.
Their 48 hr satisfaction guarantee is not true. I sent them an email informing them that the apartment was not clean and I was completely ignored.

I've used Bella's for over 4 years now and last week was the LAST TIME! In the last year the quality of cleaning has gone down significantly.
I've never had an issue with any of the ladies until now; they're always very kind. There are some newer girls though that I find sitting on their phones quite a bit.
Last week they were over and 3 ladies took 25 min. To clean my Bathroom. 1 sink, 1 shower, tub, toilet and floor. When I went to check on it there was still toothpaste splatter on the mirrors, the pedestal around the tub hadn't been wiped down even though I specifically pointed it out,the shower walls hadn't been cleaned and the shower floor felt slimy still.
Also the range top had been wiped but there were obvious food particles left over and hairs left in the sink of my roommates bathroom. When I asked her to wipe down the hair on the counter (which they skipped) she took her hand and brushed the counter off and was done. That's not cleaning!

Overall I'm extremely frustrated and after complaining the gave me a 10% discount. Way to treat a loyal customer of over 4 years.
