Called for a maid Cleaning and carpet shampoo. The maids arrived 2 hours late which for me was a big issue because I needed the property cleaned for my short term rental Airbnb. This pushed the carpet cleaners back when they arrived so at this point I had to ask them to come back later that day. When they did the machine they used to vacuum was so loud all of the neighbors in the hall came outside the door because of the disturbance. We rescheduled for the next afternoon at 12. I received a call from the carpet cleaners saying they would not be able to make it right at 12 but would “defiantly be there and done before 3pm” the time my guest arrived. I had already spoken to my guest and told them the situation and they were very friendly and understanding. 1:30pm roles around and they had still not arrived or even called that they were running later than expected and worse yet they were ignoring my calls and text messages! At 2:30 I sent a message saying “do not come because I did not want them to be there when my guest arrived” still no reply... I called several times later that day to ask for a refund and now my phone was going straight to voicemail, the same way it does when you block a caller!!!
I was finally able to get a hold of someone online through their webpage chat option because the 1-800 number is a joke. And not 5 minutes after I do I get a call back from the company say “and even though it wasn’t our fault we will go ahead and refund you.” Well I can say this was the worst example of customer service.

I recommend nobody ever use this company, ESPECIALLY if you plan to use them for your short term rental or Airbnb properties. I mean really, what a joke...

Called Revive early this morning not expecting they would be able to help us today. They worked us in and did a spectacular job. I am afraid the work was more than they or I expected but they held to their quote despite my pleas to take more. Their work was superior and I will always use them in the future. Thank you for the prompt and professional job. You can’t go wrong with Revive.

Don’t do it! If your like me and looking for a little help with your spring cleaning then do yourself a favor and hire another company! The cleaning is mediocre (Picture your 16 year old cleaning quickly so they can get permission to go with their friends)
I was give a 2 hour window for arrival 3-5 and they didn’t show up until after 6:40 and appeared to be “bothered” when ever I called to ask for estimated arrival time. Strike one.
The cleaners were nice but I paid for a deep cleaning after reading what all it entails on the website and my sheets were not changed, refrigerator was not cleaned, Pantry was not organized or touched at all. Hallway not vacuumed. Chick fil a cup holder left out. Noticeable cup rings on my glass table. Strike 2
When attempting to pay she had no change or other means to pay so the $179 turned into $200 for again mediocre work.
When I contacted the company to let them know it initially took 3 days to reply and then I had to show them proof of what the workers didn’t do. They offered to return to at least finish the refrigerator and pantry. Did not. I wrote again. Still no reply. Strike 1,000. Hands down the worse customer service skills ever. Never again.

And then when I posted my honest review on the company they attempted to post my before pictures as if it Shame me for having a Not so tidy house but that is what we hire cleaners for right?

I used this service when I had dust everywhere from trying to use a powder to treat my apartment for bugs. I was planning on having people over at my apartment the next day and Revive Cleaning Service LLC came over last minute on a holiday to clean it up. They did such a great job and were very professional and friendly.

A cancer patient had been staying at the house and the house was very dirty. After an evening call they were able to come at 10 pm at night to clean. They were very responsive and the cleaning was better than expected. I can highly recommend this company for any cleaning needs.

Had them do a make ready for the new owners on a home I just moved out of. The house looks brand new. The new owners were extremely pleased. They couldn't even tell we had pets. We will definitely use this company again on my new house.

I set up an appointment for a deep spring cleaning service for my new home prior to moving in. First, they were late and didn’t notify us. They vacuumed, Ithink they dusted the windows, and swept the bathrooms and kitchen, but I’m pretty sure that’s where they stopped. I’m not sure what the two cleaners did the ~5 hours they were at our house, but I could have done a better job by myself in less time. The refrigerator wasn’t touched, the stove was still filthy, some of the baseboards looked clean, some didn’t, the master shower was still dirty. I’m not sure what I paid for...for the maids to be on Facebook for 5 hours??? I will not hire Revive again.

Getting ready to move and thought about this company first. I hired them back in 2020 to clean my last place before I moved and it was spotless. They did such an amazing job that I plan on using them for all my future home cleans.

I will only use this company from now on. It was a last minute clean and they accommodated their schedule to be able to take care of my needs. I was BEYOND impressed with their professionalism, punctuality and friendliness. Hands down the best experience I have EVER had from a cleaning company. I’ve already referred them to my best friend.

Ky from Revive Cleaning Company showed up to my residence tonight (within one hour of me even calling in need of serious assistance).
He was super efficient, professional, and alleviated some of my worse fears about the mess in my house. By the time he was finished, I was shocked! This service is one I personally have used and I recommend.
Ky explained what he was doing, what to expect and he was rather humble.
I have upmost respect for this business and Ky as well because I also attempted to reach other agencies that did not want to even mess with my situation. What a blessing!

We run a rental RV service so cleaning dates are rather sporadic. I was in a bind and needed a cleaning done last minute (twice). They accommodated in an incredible way and went above and beyond for the job itself. It’s really hard to find reliable and honest folks who show up and take pride in their work. I needed a last minute deep cleaning for some unexpected guests so I called this company (around 7/8pm) and they answered right away and scheduled my cleaning for a reallyyy good price the very next morning. They were on time, professional, and did an outstanding job! Will definitely be using them again!

The crew that serviced our home was prompt, prepared with a full collection of cleaning products and tools. We needed a deep cleaning to include base boards, windows, fan blades and light fixtures as we prepared to put our home on the market. Even the realtor was impressed by the new home polish that this cleaning crew was able to unveil. Thank you for taking time to make it shine!

We used Revive Cleaning Services because they were available on short notice and had enough staff available to accommodate a large home. We have a regular house keeper but we bring in a crew quarterly to deep clean areas where dust settles. The ladies showed up on time and were very polite. Only one spoke English, which is fine but I did a pre cleaning walk through to tell them what I expected and a post cleaning walk through to see it through.

They did not deep clean. They did not dust baseboards, window sills, polish hardware, sanitize bathrooms, floors... they did not do what we expected them to. I ask about the dusting, she said it was done. I used my hand to show her that it was obviously not done.

We learned a valuable lesson and will not use them again. They may do a fine job of surface cleaning but we needed a deep cleaning.

I called today to add gratuity. The company took this as a sign of us being pleased but this was simply us being decent human beings and understanding that we all have to make a living.

This was an okay experience but this is not the cleaning service company for us.

Ky was extremely reassuring that the job would be completed right and on time. He provided us with frequent updates throughout the process. Didn't get frustrated when I asked a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable about the stained concrete floors. The only reason he doesn't have 5 stars is because he quoted us on what we originally wanted which was the drywall dust off of the concrete floors but we would have liked for him to quote us the end result which was what was needed to retain the shine it needed to be stripped and waxed. Either way he quoted a great price and we were extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Ky and team were very responsive and did really good quality work.
I used them for renovation clean up, and they wiped everything, windows, blinds, stair rails, walls, fixtures .
I had gotten quotes from few others and nothing came even close.
I would highly recommend them.

Ky offered a great quote and was able to get out the next day to clean my rental and perform a move out cleaning. Unfortunately, the initial cleaning was not up to par. When I discovered this, I sent Ky a note and he was able to schedule a re-do immediately the next morning. They went back through the house and re-cleaned everything and got all the appliances. They even re-steamed cleaned the carpet and they look great now. Ky told me before I gave him my credit card number that if I wasn’t satisfied, he would go back and fix it. He stood by his word. It’s hard to find people like that these days. Because of that, I whole heartedly recommend them for your next cleaning needs.

They showed up a few minutes early and did an excellent job cleaning the duplex we were moving out of. We needed someone to come quickly and they were there within a day or so of me calling them. They were professional and courteous. I would definitely book them again.

The cleaning was so detailed. They left our home so sparkly clean and nice. I asked a lot of questions as we avoided cleaning services during covid. They received our questions nicely and made us comfortable and explained well. They went above and beyond and made our house feel nice and fresh. Communication was also great. I highly recommend their services to others.
