We were very pleased with Houston Amazon Maids cleaning service!! We will definitely be rescheduling for a regular service! It was nothing like seeing and smelling the home so fresh and clean. Amazon Maids has very reasonable pricing! It was well worth the service. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and they put everything back in place. The Ladies were very nice. Professional cleaning service. The best I’ve had yet. Very detailed and comes on time. I like that I get to keep the same people every appointment. Small details matter, especially the toilet paper hotel fold. You won’t be disappointed.

The ladies who cleaned my home did a nice job, and I appreciated being able to get a same-day appointment. However, I was charged $250 for a deep clean and didn’t feel like I received the level of service that typically comes with that. It seemed more like a standard cleaning. While the convenience was a plus, I don’t think I’d use this service again based on the value for the price.

I can’t say enough great things about the housekeeping team! Their attention to detail is outstanding, every room is left spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized. They consistently go above and beyond, always making sure nothing is overlooked.

I am very pleased with the work that Amazon Maids has done for me. They are on time and do a very good job cleaning my house. I love the little surprises of doing decorative things with my blankets, paper towels, hand towels and toilet paper. It makes me feel as if I’m on vacation!! 😄They even got all the water spots off my shower doors! Great work girls!!

I met Lucia several weeks ago when I was looking for a housekeeper. I have had the absolute worst experiences with trying to find a reliable service. Yes, the price was a lot, but given the condition that my place was in, it was reasonable. The cleaning crew were extremely hard working and have given me a clean and safe environment to live in. I have scheduled few cleanings with Houston Amazon Maids and they’ve been amazing. As someone who is pretty picky with cleanliness, I appreciate the little details and the thorough cleaning they do. It is the same consistent crew as well which is what I appreciate the most so I get to know them and they know my preference. Definitely recommend them and the owner is very responsive with messages in a timely manner.

Lucia was so pleasant to work with during the scheduling process. She was patient, accommodating and professional. I opted for a deep cleaning with many add ons.
The cleaning team arrived on time and immediately got to work. While my husband and I Ieft to run errands Alvy and Rosalio performed magic. When we returned it was like walking into a newly redecorated home. Every task we requested was exceptionally performed. We had for the past two and one-half weeks inside home repairs being completed so their tasks were not easy. Aside from the spectacular cleaning, the bed was made up to perfection and the bathroom tissue was sculptured into rose buds. Oh La La.
All of this is to say, if you are considering a house cleaning I highly recommend Houston Amazon Maids. Lucia is so easy to schedule with and after having worked for hours getting our home twinkling, when we returned home Alvy and Rosalio greeted us with smiles. Who could ask for more?
