I needed a move out service urgently and Bella's Neat Maid Services was able to schedule me in last minute and did an absolutely amazing job! It's extremely stressful moving out, and they took so much off my plate by deep cleaning and helping me clear out my home. I was so nervous about some stains on the walls and they were able to remove them and make the apartment look brand new and spotless! Fortunately thanks to Bella's, I received my entire security deposit back! :D Once they finished, the ladies (Ana and Yolanda) even helped me load the rest of my belongings into my car. I will continue using their services in the future and recommend them to everyone I know! :)

The team of three young women who’ve been to clean my house a couple of times are magicians. I feel so wonderful when they’ve finished.

My space was not deep cleaned. I stayed to make points on what I wanted and it was completely disregarded.

We have been using Maid Brigade for over 15 years. They do a great job, and I would highly recommend them. (Our team is based out of the Houston Gulfton office.) Additionally, the team that handles scheduling is always very helpful and prompt to respond to questions or changes in scheduling.

My experience was literally top-notch. I was in a slight crisis situation with the move out clean (the service that was booked did not show up!!) So I desperately called. The customer service on the phone was incredible, and they were able to accommodate me on such a short notice. The ladies arrived right on time, and were so professional. The move out clean was impeccable and they really took their time. They are super reasonable as well! I was so impressed, I definitely will book them for regular service. I've tried other companies and a lot of times it's a call center or you can't get a hold of anybody, but that is never the case with them. Highly highly highly recommend!

Used them when I sold my condo. They did not even mop the floors. I would not recommend them.

Really sub par work. Hired for a deep clean for move in. Top of stove was not even touched. Cabinets not wiped and soap holders in tub were not touched.

We used their service for a deep cleaning. The lady's failed to fully clean baseboards, dust curtains, & part of the kitchen. They also threw away our trash can and bath mat, I guess cause they didn't want to clean them. I called for someone to come back out and get a refund since they threw my stuff away. 2 new lady's came out and cleaned half of what I was wanting. They still left the baseboards dirty & didn't dust the curtains. Somehow between 4 maids coming out within a week, I also have a random chip in my tile that is unexplainable. It's almost perfectly circular, about 1/4in, and right in the middle of the tile. No other cracks or chips anywhere else. Quite bizarre. We will not be using this service again since there were so many issues.

Maid Brigade recently did a move-out clean of my apartment and I have to admit, they were a LOT more thorough than I ever dreamed of being for a move out. The place looked immaculate, smelled great, and I got my deposit back! They didn't miss a spot anywhere, and it was a huge relief to not have to worry about it. Thank you to my team for doing such a great job!

The team was very thorough and professional. Price was a bit high but they did a great job.

**update: I used them again this year for another deep cleaning and again am very happy about their responsiveness, up front and transparent about their cost, and thorough with the cleaning. I am already a clean freak and I appreciate their ability to help me keep the house clean for holiday hosting.

Used them for a deep cleaning of my house and they did a great job. They give you estimate and asks you what specifically needs to be done, give you a reminder and a call before coming. The ladies were very polite and responsive and asked me to double check everything when they are done. Overall quite happy with my experience and probably will use them again next year.
