This is the most professional company I’ve ever encountered. They clean surfaces and areas you wouldn’t have considered need cleaning. They are punctual, tastefully and professionally dressed, as well as professional in their work ethics. I’m so grateful they were referred to me and I will most definitely be referring them to everyone that needs a housekeeping/cleaning company. They will be used for my regular maintenance ongoing. I called several maid services before deciding on You’ve Got Maids. From the quick initial response, I could tell this company was a step above the rest. Unlike other companies, which vaguely stated what they could do, You’ve Got Maids detailed what was included in their price. Then, once the service was completed, my husband and I were overjoyed with the house cleaning. Very professional. Prompt. Will use again.

She make sure her team is always on time and they are very professional. The service is fantastic , unmatching , and the price is great for the quality of the job they will provide . Called You've You've Got Maids of Sugar Land to do a move in clean at our new to us town home. We had been inside and found the place a little smelly and just not clean. Was quoted a price by for the work and I thought it was fair. On the day of the appointment You've Got Maids of Sugar Land sowed up with 6 people to start the clean ( Did not know the place was THAT dirty ) . I was very impressed with the work they did. Will I recommend to others if the need a place cleaned? YES I will.

Sayonara, Mercedes, & Judin (not sure of spelling), were AMAZING. Our house definitely required a DEEP cleaning. They were fast & efficient. Our house looks almost new. We hope to get them as our regularly scheduled cleaners. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

What an amazing job! We needed a deep clean, but didn’t expect this level of quality. Everything they touched was shinier than I had ever seen. They were courteous, professional and really paid attention to details. The price was very reasonable. The owner also took a lot of time with me over the phone prior to the visit and she even came to the house to supervise. I couldn’t have been happier with the service.

Lorna discussed the cleaning work in detail with me prior to giving me a quote. She also sent me a cleaning list, so I could review them and mentioned additional items to be cleaned that are not being listed. The cleaners were professional and respectful. Lorna walked through the cleaning areas with me before and after the service to be sure that the requested service items were all addressed. The deep clean service was more than the estimated times, and the crew stayed much later than regular business hours in order to get the work done. The client service attitude is beyond and above expectations. Hopefully no one takes this for granted because I had experience that the cleaners would leave the home without notice once the stated hours were over even if I was willing to pay for extra hours! I just recently moved to the Sugarland Area and was looking for a maid service that actually went and got every corner. You’ve got Maids Sugarland has really met my expectations and more. They take the time to clean your house properly and if there is something wrong you can always tell them and they will fix it right up. They are very professional and easy to schedule with. To be honest, I don't ever hire cleaning services. But I was in a crisis...we had to be out of our house and I knew we wouldn't get the deposit back without some professional help. Joanna and Sandra showed up on time and worked their tails off along side me. They didn't need to be micromanaged, knew exactly how to knock it out and did an excellent job. It was worth every penny! I felt confident about the condition we were able to leave the house. They paid attention to detail well but also got the big stuff done. On the administrative side, it was easy to schedule and pay. I highly recommend this business :)

Moving to Texas, I called/emailed 4 Housekeeping businesses for quotes on a Move In clean and Lorna was the ONLY one to respond and within 24 hours. After speaking to her by phone, I scheduled You Got Maids! Her team of 2 scrubbed and cleaned our rental home from top to bottom in a very timely manner. The house was sparkling clean when we moved in. They were hardworking and very professional! Lorna was very responsive and professional from beginning to end. She and her team took a lot of stress out of our Move In experience.

YGM cleaned our church building this weekend and it has rarely been so well taken care of. Lorna, had three months of correspondence with me that showed patience flexibility and generous accommodation for various setbacks and changes to scheduling the clean in the first place. The day of, before the work started, a resilient character was revealed in an excellent manager, with Lorna using her personal vehicle when a work vehicle would not start. Her attitude was great, upon arrival, in the midst of that early adversity.

The actual clean was full of thorough and detailed cleaning of the whole space and even a handful of services that were not originally agreed to-they offered to clean out our fridge inside the kitchen.
